- Prepare a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
- Smear 1 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter onto 1 side of each tortilla in a thin layer to cover. Divide marshmallow cream equally between 2 of the tortillas; spread to cover peanut butter. Sprinkle 1/4 cup chocolate chips atop each portion of marshmallow cream and finish by putting the remaining tortillas atop the chocolate chips with the peanut butter side down.
- Cook quesadillas in hot skillet until lightly browned and chocolate chips have melted, 2 to 3 minutes per side.

- Spray an 8x8 inch baking pan with vegetable oil spray or line with parchment paper.
- Add the condensed milk, peanut butter chips, 1 cup chocolate chips, peanut butter and vanilla into a large dutch oven on medium low heat for about 5 minutes (mixture will be very thick).
- Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Mix in half of the marshmallows, peanuts and remaining chocolate chips then top with the rest of them pushing them in slightly to adhere them to the mixture.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours until fully chilled before slicing.

- Place first 5 ingredients in a large heavy saucepan; cook and stir over low heat until smooth and blended, about 5 minutes (mixture will be very thick). Hello! Big, soft peanut butter cookies loaded with toast marshmallows, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, rich milk chocolate and peanut butter chips! Trust me, these cookies are not going too last long!

- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Using a mixer, mix the butter, sugars, peanut butter, eggs and vanilla together until combined.
- Add in the flour, soda, and salt in and mix until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, chopped pb cups and marshmallows.
- Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the dough onto parchment on cookie sheets. (6 per sheet, these will be large, jumbo cookies!) You can roll these into balls if you wish as well.
- Use your hand and slightly flatten each scoop of dough.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes at 350. If your dough is chilled, allow a few more minutes for baking.
- Remove cookies from oven and cool on baking sheet 5-10 minutes before placing on cooling rack.
- Makes 18 large cookies

I like fruit flavored marshmallows for this recipe. Feel free to use plain vanilla marshmallows if you prefer.

- Line a 9x9x2-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a small heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Turn on heat to low. This is important. You need to treat this sauce gently or it might scorch. Stir with a wooden spoon or heat resistant spatula until ingredients are melted and smooth. Sauce should be shiny.
- Remove pan from heat. Allow to cool for two minutes.
- Stir marshmallows into cooled chocolate mixture. Spread mixture into prepared pan.
- Chill for three hours or overnight. Using parchment paper, lift bars out of pan. Cut into small squares (These are sweet and rich. Small bars are perfect.)
