- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add the flour and oats; mix well. Pour into a lightly greased 11x7-in. baking pan. , Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack for 3-5 minutes. Sprinkle with chips; when melted, spread chocolate over bars. Top with nuts. Cool completely. Cut into bars.

- In a large bowl, cream 1 cup butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Combine the oats, flour, 1 teaspoon salt and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Press two-thirds of oat mixture into a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. , In a large saucepan, combine the milk, chocolate chips, salt and remaining butter. Cook and stir over low heat until chocolate is melted. Remove from the heat; stir in walnuts and remaining vanilla. Spread over the crust. Sprinkle with remaining oat mixture. , Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into squares.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and milk. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Using a wooden spoon stir in the oats, chocolate chips, and almonds. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
