FLUFFY CHOCOLATE M&M™ COOKIES
Big fluffy chocolate cookies with peanut butter M&M™'s in them.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt, stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, stir in the M&M's ™.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto an unprepared cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Be careful not to overbake, the cookies will be puffed up when they are done, but flatten when cool. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 1 minute before removing to wire racks to cool completely.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and salt in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs; beat well.
- Stir together flour, cocoa and baking soda; gradually add to butter mixture, beating until well blended. Mix in chocolate chips and M&M's alternately. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. About 5 dozen cookies.
