Ingredients

2 1/4 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lime juice (key lime, preferred)
1 tablespoon lime zest
1 cup flaked coconut

Steps:

Mix all the ingredients together and pour into an 8"x8" pan sprayed with vegetable spray.
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
Cool in pan and then cut into squares.
