Steps:
- Grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan. Set aside.
- Combine sugar, cocoa and milk in a medium saucepan. Stir to blend, then bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer. Do not stir again.
- Place candy thermometer in pan and cook until temperature reaches 238 degrees F(114 degrees C). If you are not using a thermometer, then cook until a drop of this mixture in a cup of cold water forms a soft ball. Feel the ball with your fingers to make sure it is the right consistency. It should flatten when pressed between your fingers.
- Remove from heat. Add butter or margarine and vanilla extract. Beat with a wooden spoon until the fudge loses its sheen. Do not under beat.
- Pour into prepared pan and let cool. Cut into about 60 squares.

- In a double boiler, add chocolate and milk. Bring water to a boil and melt chocolate. Stir constantly. When chocolate is completely melted and smooth, remove from heat.
- Stir in chocolate wafers. Fold in KISSES® Cookies & Cream chocolate. Pour into prepared 8x8 pan and smooth top.
- Chill for at least two hours. You can chill in the refrigerator or counter, just allow it plenty of time to set and become firm. Fudge slices better when it cold, but you may want to bring it to room temperature to serve. (I personally like it room temperature, but my husband prefers it cold! )

CHOCOLATE FUDGE BONBON COOKIES
An unusual cookies that hold a fudgy surprise inside. I got this recipe from a friend and have enjoyed making these yearly, for the holidays. Be sure you do not bake these too long. Its probably a good idea to try a small batch first right at 6 minutes. Remove them from oven and allow to sit a few minutes to see if they firm up...

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a heavy saucepan over low heat, stir chocolate chips and butter until melted and smooth. Stir in condensed milk, flour and vanilla until well blended.
- 2. Shape one level tablespoon of chocolate chip dough around each candy kiss. Arrange bonbons one inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets. If desired sprinkle a few colored "sprinkles" on bonbons before baking. Bake 6 minutes. Bonbons will be soft and shiny, but will firm up as they cool. Instead of sprinkles you can drizzle a little thin frosting on these to make them look pretty.

- In a large bowl using a hand-held or stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat the butter for 1 minute on medium speed until completely smooth and creamy. Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar and beat on medium high speed until fluffy and light in color. Beat in the vanilla on high speed. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed.
- On low speed, slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined. The cookie dough will be thick. Switch to high speed and beat in the milk, then the butterscotch and toffee. The cookie dough will be sticky. Cover dough tightly with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and chill for at least 3 hours and up to 3 days. Chilling is mandatory for this cookie dough. I always chill mine overnight.
- Remove cookie dough from the refrigerator and allow to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes– if the cookie dough chilled longer than 3 hours, let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes. This makes the cookie dough easier to scoop and roll.
