CHOCOLATE-DIPPED STRAWBERRY CARROTS



Chocolate-Dipped Strawberry Carrots image

Sparkly and sweet, our Chocolate-Dipped Strawberry Carrots give this classic dessert a fun spring-inspired look.

1 pkg strawberries (rinsed and dried well)
1 bag orange candy melts
orange sugar sprinkles

Steps:

  • Melt the candy melts according to package directions.
  • Holding the strawberries by the stem, dip into candy melts. Let excess drip off and then sprinkle with sugar sprinkles.
  • Place dipped strawberries on a baking sheet lined with wax paper and let set until candy has hardened, about 45-60 minutes.

Strawberries | 1 Pint
Orange Candy Melts | 10 oz

Steps:

  • Wash & Dry Strawberries. (Leave the Green Top intact) Melt the candy melts over a double boiler until completely smooth. Dip the strawberries into the candy melt. Make sure to cover all of the red of the strawberries. The closer to the top, the better. Allow to set on a piece of parchment paper. Place some extra candy melt into a piping bag and garnish with a drizzle over the carrots. Enjoy!
