Steps:
- Put milk chocolate chips and shortening in a small bowl.
- Microwave for 1 minutes at 50% power and then stir.
- Return to the microwave for another 30 seconds at 50% power and stir again.
- Continue heating chocolate in 15 second intervals at 50% power, stirring in between until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Put several gummy bears into the chocolate and stir to coat.
- Remove the gummy bears one at a time with a fork making sure that the gummy bears are tipped on their side when you scoop them out. That way when the gummy bear can be tipped off of the fork onto its flat back.
- Place the chocolate covered gummy bears on a parchment covered baking sheet.
- Finish dipping the desired amount of gummy bears, melting more chocolate as necessary.
- Place the baking sheet in the fridge to allow the chocolate to set.

- Either line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or wax paper or if you have a piece of floral foam use that.
- Insert a toothpick in the bottom of each bear.
- Melt chocolate by microwaving for 45 seconds, stirring and repeating until melted and smooth.
- Dip bear in chocolate to coat and then tap toothpick on side of container to shake off excess chocolate.
- Stick bear in foam or place on prepared pan and allow to cool.

- Melt two squares of chocolate bark (from the 24-ounce package). You can do this in the microwave. Just place 2 squares in a microwave-safe bowl and heat on high for 1 minute. If the bark is not completely melted, return to the microwave for an additional 10-15 seconds. Stir until smooth.
- Spritz a piece of waxed or parchment paper with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place gummy bears, 3 or 4 at a time, in melted chocolate. Using a spoon, turn the bears in the chocolate until they are coated with chocolate. Use the spoon to gently place the bear on the waxed or parchment paper.
- Allow the chocolate to harden. This can be done on the counter or the bears can be placed in the fridge for around 5-10 minutes.

- Place 1 cup chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 second intervals, 1 minute total until chocolate is melted. Be careful to not over heat as this could cause the bears to melt.
- Stir chocolate, while adding 1 tbsp heavy cream. Mix until smooth.
- Place a gummy bear foot first on a toothpick, then dip into the chocolate, while twisting. Once the bear is completely covered, remove from chocolate and place on parchment paper or wax paper.
- After each of the bears have been dipped, move them to the freezer for rapid cooling. This will help the chocolate harden. Serve and Enjoy!

- Add in boiling water, stevia, cocoa powder and coconut cream. Stir until well-combined. Taste to see if it is sweetened to your liking. Adjust if necessary.
- Using a dropper, place mixture into gummy bear molds. Place filled molds on a tray and place in the fridge until hardened, approximately 20 minutes.
- Store in fridge up to one week, if they last that long :)
