1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
12 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels
1 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • In a small bowl mix graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder; set aside.
  • In a large bowl mix condensed milk, and margarine until smooth.
  • Add graham cracker mixture and mix well.
  • Stir in coconut, nuts and chocolate morsels.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 9-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Store loosely covered at room temperature.

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (13 rectangle crackers)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup salted butter ( room temperature)
1 1/3 cups sweetened, shredded coconut (113 g) or 3/4 cup (75 g) old-fashioned oats
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup walnuts or other nuts (chopped (optional))

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (see note above).
  • In a small bowl, add the graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk to combine.
  • In a large bowl with a handheld electric mixer or a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or by hand with a spoon), beat the sweetened condensed milk and butter until smooth and creamy, 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the dry ingredients; mix until mostly combined. It's ok if a few dry streaks remain.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts (if using).
  • Drop the cookie dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Let the cookie rest on the baking sheet for 1-2 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.

3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate pieces (approx. 10 oz. large)
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans or 1 cup walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
  • In bowl, beat brown sugar and butter until creamy (3-5 mins.). Add egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
  • Gradually blend in flour mixture. Stir in semi-sweet baking pieces and pecans.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake for about 10-12 mins or until done.
  • Cool completely.

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips., Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 3 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Flatten slightly. Bake 10-12 minutes or until light brown. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool.

1/2 c all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 14-oz-can sweetened condensed milk(eagle brand)
1/2 c butter or margarine softened
1 can(s) 3.5 oz flaked coconut (1-1/2 cups)
1 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
1 c walnuts, chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 375. In small bowl. mix graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder. In a seperate large mixer bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk and margerine until smooth.
  • 2. Add graham cracker crumb mixture; mix well. Stir in coconut, chocolate chips and walnuts. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  • 3. Bake 9-10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Makes about 3 dozen.
