Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- In a small bowl mix graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder; set aside.
- In a large bowl mix condensed milk, and margarine until smooth.
- Add graham cracker mixture and mix well.
- Stir in coconut, nuts and chocolate morsels.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 9-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Store loosely covered at room temperature.
CHOCOLATE CHIP TREASURE COOKIES
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (see note above).
- In a small bowl, add the graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk to combine.
- In a large bowl with a handheld electric mixer or a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or by hand with a spoon), beat the sweetened condensed milk and butter until smooth and creamy, 1-2 minutes.
- Add the dry ingredients; mix until mostly combined. It's ok if a few dry streaks remain.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts (if using).
- Drop the cookie dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Let the cookie rest on the baking sheet for 1-2 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.

- In bowl, beat brown sugar and butter until creamy (3-5 mins.). Add egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Gradually blend in flour mixture. Stir in semi-sweet baking pieces and pecans.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake for about 10-12 mins or until done.
- Cool completely.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture.
