- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone liners, or lightly spray with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl whisk together the eggs, oil, milk, and mashed bananas.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter between the muffin cups, they will be quite full.
- Bake for 16-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Steps:
- Combine oats & milk. Let stand for 15 minute while preparing rest of ingredients.
- Stir together egg, oil, 1/2 Cup sugar, chocolate chips and 1/2 Cup pecans.
- In a seperate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
- After 15 minute is up, add oat mixture to egg mixture. Then add flour mixture just until moistened.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
- Sprinkle muffin tops with rest of brown sugar and pecans.
- Bake at 400 for 20-25 min or until tests done.

- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Pulse oats in a blender until finely ground.
- In a bowl add the oats and all ingredients (except the Lily's Chocolate Chips) and mix well.
