CHOCOLATE COVERED MARSHMALLOW ICE CREAM CONE TREATS
I needed a little treat for a kids party and came up with this recipe. Dip the marshmallow in melted chocolate, stuff inside a kid-sized ice cream cone, then dip into sprinkles and freeze for 10 minutes. The kids loved them.

Steps:
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each melting, until smooth, 1 to 3 minutes.
- Stuff 1 marshmallow into each ice cream cone; dip each stuffed cone into the melted chocolate. Roll the dipped cones in sprinkles. Place each coated cone in the cup of a mini muffin tin. Carefully place in freezer until chocolate hardens, about 10 minutes.

This is a creamy marshmallow pie with bits of chocolate.

Steps:
- Mix crushed graham crackers with butter or margarine. Reserve 2 tablespoons of this mixture for the top of the pie. Press remaining mixture in pie pan.
- Cook milk and marshmallows in a double boiler until marshmallows are melted.
- Cool marshmallow mixture. Fold in whipped cream, and add grated chocolate.
- Pour chocolate marshmallow mixture into graham cracker pie shell, and put reserved crumbs on top. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

- Whisk the sugar, cocoa, eggs, and half and half together until smooth
- Then transfer to a double boiler and cook over med heat for about 5-7 minutes stirring constantly
- Incorporate the heavy whipping cream
- Place your bowl in the refrigerator to chill for about 2-3 hours
- Place your chilled ice cream mixture into your ice cream freezer (or if you're like me... your KitchenAid Ice Cream Maker Attachment)
- Churn for about 20 minutes or so or until firm
- You can choose to eat your ice cream right away soft serve style or place the ice cream into reusable containers and freeze for later

- In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, milk, marshmallow fluff, vanilla extract & salt. Using a handheld electric mixer on low speed beat ingredients for about 3 to 5 minutes until thoroughly combined. Mixture may be foamy and you'll still have some small clumps of marshmallow fluff, this is fine.
- Pour ice cream mixture into ice cream maker and follow package instruction for allotted time of churning. My machine calls for 25-30 minutes of churning, so I let the ice cream churn for 30 minutes.
- Once ice cream is done transfer the soft serve ice cream to a loaf pan or tupperware container and cover with plastic wrap or the appropriate lid. Allow ice cream to freeze in the freezer for 4 to 6 more hours to proper firm up. When ready to serve simply remove from freezer, scoop & serve!
