1 cup white sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
18 milk chocolate candy kisses, unwrapped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Combine sugar, peanut butter, and egg.
  • Shape into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. NOTE: If dough is too sticky, refrigerate 1/2 hour or until easy to handle.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Remove cookies from oven. Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each warm cookie.

48 milk chocolate candy kisses, unwrapped
1 cup butter, softened
⅓ cup white sugar
⅓ cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In large mixing bowl, beat butter or margarine, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add flour, blend until smooth. Stir in small chocolate chips.
  • Unwrap chocolate kiss candies. Mold scant tablespoons of dough around each chocolate piece, covering completely. Shape into balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet.

There's a surprise in each of these cookies-a rich, chocolatey Hershey's Kiss!

1 cup of butter - softened
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
1 3/4 cups of flour
1 cup of Pecans - chopped fine
1 package of Hershey's Kisses
2 - 3 cups of powdered sugar

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine the butter, sugar, and Vanilla, and cream together until smooth.
  • Add the Pecans, and flour, and stir until well combined.
  • Place the dough in the refrigerator to chill for about 45 minutes.
  • While the dough is chilling, line 2 cookie sheets with Parchment paper, and remove the wrappers from the chocolate Kisses.
  • When the dough is chilled, remove from the refrigerator, and using about a Tablespoonful of dough, roll it slightly in your palms, and press in the center.
  • Place a chocolate kiss in the center of the cookie dough, and pull the dough up around the candy.
  • Gently roll the dough to form a ball and place it on the parchment paper.
  • Continue until you've used all the dough.
  • Place the cookie sheets in the oven at 375 degrees for 14 minutes, until the cookies are golden brown on the bottom edges.
  • Remove the cookies from the oven, and allow them to cool until they are just warm.
  • Place a clean piece of Parchment paper on the counter and place the powdered sugar in a bowl.
  • Place a small bit of powdered sugar where each cookie will set on the parchment paper.
  • When the cookies are still just warm, roll them in the powdered sugar in the bowl, then place them on the parchment paper on powdered sugar to prevent them from sticking.
  • Allow cookies to completely cool.
  • Serve and Enjoy!

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C) . Cut dough into 9 slices. Cut each circle into 4 pieces.Lightly spray Mini Muffin Pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place one piece of dough into each cup. Dip Mini Tart Shaper in flour and press into dough to form a cup. Re-flour Mini Tart Shaper after forming each cup. Place a chocolate kiss in each cup.Bake 10-12 minutes. This recipe was given to me by a family member of my DH I think, and was published in the Elk Ladies of "518" Nevada City, CA volumn III cookbook some eons ago. I make these especially at Christmastime, but not only for that time of the year, as my grandchildren ask for them as much as their mothers do whenever they come to visit. I have the kids unwrap the kisses, their favorite part about making these in the first place. Part of the preparation time is chill time, and I don't include unwrapping the kisses cuz the kids do that...lol. *** Just a bit of a warning due to some consternation of the part of people who have tried to make perfect little round balls from this recipe...these cookies do flatten out. If anyone gets them to make little perfect round balls please let us know how you did it.***

1 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
1 cup pecans, chopped finely

1 cup powdered sugar (this is approximate, it could take more or less for you)

  • Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together. Add flour gradually until well blended; stir in pecans. Cover and chill the dough.
  • Mold about 1 teaspoon of cookie dough around each unwrapped chocolate kiss, covering candy.
