CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESE BALL
Your guests are in for a sweet surprise when they try this chocolate chip cheese ball-it tastes just like cookie dough! Rolled in chopped pecans, this chip-studded spread is wonderful on regular or chocolate graham crackers. I especially like it because it can be assembled in a wink. -Kelly Glascock, Syracuse, Missouri

Steps:
- Place all of your ingredients, except the chocolate sprinkles, into a large mixing bowl.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined. You may need to knead this with your hands.
- Roll the mixture into a ball.
- Cover the entire Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball with chocolate sprinkles (or whatever covering ingredient you have chosen). This can be done in many ways, but I would recommend laying out your sprinkles on a flat and clean surface and then rolling the ball through it. Then, manually place more sprinkles on to fill in what was missed.
- Place the finished cheese ball on a plate or dish and chill in the refrigerator for three hours.
- Serve with vanilla wafers, chocolate wafers, graham crackers, and/or pretzels. Enjoy!
