Steps:
- Into medium bowl, pour milk and add pudding mix. With wire whisk beat for 2 minutes or until well blended.
- Evenly spoon half the pudding mix into 4 dessert glasses. Make layers of banana slices, 1/2 cup of the whipped topping and remaining pudding in each dessert glass. With remaining whipped topping, place a dollop on top.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.

- Combine cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, and brown sugar in heavy medium saucepan. Scrape in seeds from vanilla bean; add bean. Simmer until liquid is reduced to 1 1/3 cups, stirring often, about 15 minutes. Pour liquid into bowl; chill until cold, at least 3 hours and up to 1 day.
- Using electric mixer, beat crème fraîche and 1/4 cup sugar in medium bowl until thickened and fluffy (mixture will thin out at first but then will thicken). Discard vanilla bean and whisk vanilla cream until smooth. Divide vanilla cream among 6 glasses; top each with 5 banana slices. Sprinkle 1/4 cup crumbled cookies over each. Divide whipped crème fraîche among glasses. Top with remaining banana slices. (Can be prepared 45 minutes ahead. Cover and chill.) Place 1 whole shortbread cookie in each glass and serve.

Enjoy dessert for breakfast! This chocolate and banana soft serve "ice cream" is made with frozen bananas, peanut butter and cocoa. Top it off with Greek yogurt and Nature Valley® oats 'n chocolate protein granola.

- In food processor, place frozen banana slices, peanut butter, cocoa powder and milk. Cover; process 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture is smooth and looks like soft serve ice cream, scraping down sides as necessary.
- Use ice cream scoop to scoop mixture into 2 parfait glasses. Top with yogurt and granola. Serve immediately.

- Add ripe, sliced, frozen bananas to a food processor or a high-speed blender and mix / blend until a creamy "soft serve" is formed, scraping down sides as needed - about 3-5 minutes.
- Add tahini (or other nut/seed butter), cacao powder, and maple syrup and blend to combine. Then taste and adjust flavors as needed, adding more tahini for nuttiness, cacao for intense chocolate flavor, or maple syrup (or pitted dates) for sweetness. At this time, you can also add vanilla extract or a pinch of sea salt for more flavor. Mix as needed to combine.
- Serve immediately or transfer to serving bowls and put in the freezer to thicken up. Serve as is or top with additional tahini or magic shell!
- Best when fresh. Leftovers will keep in the freezer up to 1 week. Let come back to soft serve consistency at room temperature before enjoying.
