CHOCOLATE BANANA FUDGESICLE
When I was a little one my Mom use to buy these banana and chocolate fudgesicles. They don't sell them anymore they where my fav!!! So with my granddaughter Julianna We came up with a healthy Treat.

Steps:
- 1. First combine banana yogurt w/2tbsp dry banana pudding mix,add mashed banana Mixed with 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice (to stop browning) and fold in 3tbls cool whip. Then combine chocolate pudding as directed with skim milk.
- 2. spoon first banana mix in freezer pops Or small dixie cup. then spoon chocolate. Take back of spoon and swirl the mixes. Put tops on or sticks in. Freeze for few hours. Or overnight. When done put bowl warm water dip for 30 seconds they should pop right out.

- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Stirring often, heat the mixture over medium-low heat until the chocolate chips melt, about 5 minutes.
- Set aside the mixture while you prepare the popsicle molds, if necessary (i.e. placing the molds upright in the stand).
- Pour the mixture evenly between five popsicle molds. Place the handles that came with the popsicle molds on top and freeze until frozen through, about 6-8 hours.**
- To unmold, run the mold under warm water for one to two minutes. Do your best to not get the popsicle itself wet. Then pull the popsicle out of the mold.

- I like to take the bananas out of the freezer a good 30 minutes or so before I start. This will give the bananas a chance to thaw a wee bit so when you toss them in the blender, you don’t break the thing.
- Once your bananas are thawed somewhat {but still frozen} place them in a blender {I used my Blendtec}. Add the cocoa and vanilla and pulse until well blended. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
