AWESOME CHOCOLATE CHIP STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE
This is another winner from my 5 star collection...you really won't find a more buttery and moist cake...rises very high too.

Steps:
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a tube pan (angel food cake pan).
- Mix together all streusel ingredients; set aside.
- Sift together the first 4 ingredients.
- In a bowl cream the butter, sugar and eggs, until light and fluffy.
- Mix together the dry ingredients with the cream mixture alternately with the sour cream; beat well.
- Add vanilla; beat.
- Pour 1/2 of batter into prepared pan.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 of the streusel mix.
- Add the remaining cake batter over the streusel.
- Sprinkle with remaining streusel mix.
- Bake for 1 hour.

Steps:
- STREUSEL.
- Mix all in small bowl and set aside.
- Coffee Cake.
- Combine all ingredients, mix well, beat 2 minutes at high speed.
- Spread 2/3 of batter in greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
- Sprinkle half of streusel mixture over cake.
- Add rest of batter and sprinkle with rest of streusel.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish; set aside.
- Prepare cinnamon layer by stirring brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon together in a small bowl until well combined; set aside.
- Prepare streusel topping by combining brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl. Add butter and stir with a fork until mixture is crumbly; set aside.
- Prepare cake by whisking together flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Beat sugar and butter in a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment on medium speed until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Scrape the sides of the bowl, then turn the mixer on low speed and beat in eggs until well blended. Gradually mix in flour mixture and milk. Add sour cream and vanilla and beat for 30 seconds.
- Pour 1/2 of the batter into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the cinnamon layer over the batter, then pour the remaining batter over top. Spread streusel topping evenly over the cake, pressing very lightly so it adheres to the batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 40 to 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving, about 30 minutes.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 12-cup fluted tube cake pan.
- Stir together Bisquick mix, granulated sugar, sour cream, butter, vanilla and eggs in large bowl; beat vigorously 1 minute.
- Spread one-third of the batter (about 1 1/4 cups) in pan; sprinkle with half of the Streusel Filling (about 1/4 cup) and 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips. Repeat; spread remaining batter over top.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; turn pan upside down onto heatproof serving plate. Remove pan; cool cake completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease and flour 13x9 pan.
- Chop and crush cookies separately and set aside.
- Mix cake mix, water, softened margarine, eggs together well.
- Blend in sour cream.
- Stir in chopped cookies.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Mix cookie crumbs, pecans, coconut, brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Stir in melted margarine.
- Sprinkle over cake batter.
- Bake 40 minutes ot until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool completely.
- Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze if desired.
