Found this clone on the internet. Posted for the Summer '09 Comfort Cafe. Prep time does not include the time for freezing the cubes of coffee.

6 cups coffee, freshly brewed, double-strength dark roast
2/3 cup cocoa powder, plus additional for garnish (unsweetened)
2 cups milk, nonfat

Steps:

  • Fill ice cube trays with half of the brewed coffee and place in the freezer.
  • In a bowl, combine the remaining brewed coffee, cocoa powder and milk and stir to dissolve the cocoa. Cover and chill.
  • When the coffee ice cubes have frozen, transfer them to a kitchen towel and, using a mallet, crush the cubes.
  • Fill 4 glasses with the crushed coffee ice and divide the coffee-cocoa mixture evenly among them.
  • Dust the top with cocoa powder and serve.

The chipotle peppers give this slow cooker chili a subtle, smoky flavor. Add more minced chipotle peppers to taste. Serve with sour cream, sharp Cheddar cheese, and chopped fresh cilantro.

1 pound bulk hot Italian sausage
2 pounds ground beef
5 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, diced
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (14 ounce) can kidney beans
2 teaspoons minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 teaspoon salt
ground black pepper
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste

Steps:

  • Cook sausage and ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat until lightly browned and crumbly. When the meat has released its grease, and has begun to brown, drain off accumulated grease, and season with chili powder, cumin, and coriander. Cook and stir for 1 minute until fragrant, then stir in the garlic and onion. Cook until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 4 minutes.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, chipotle peppers, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer, then pour the chili into a slow cooker. Cover, and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours. Stir in tomato paste an hour before the chili is done.

  • Rinse the chipotle chiles and drain. Place in a medium saucepan and cover with water. Set over medium-high heat. Once the water begins to simmer, cook for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat.
  • Place the stemmed and seeded ancho chiles and tomatoes in a pot and cover with water. Simmer for about 6 to 8 minutes until the tomatoes are cooked through and soft. Transfer to a blender with 1 cup of the cooking liquid, and puree until smooth.
  • In a large saute pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking, about 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in the carrots and onion, let them season for a couple minutes. Make some room and add the garlic, cook for another minute. Pour in the ancho chile and tomatoe puree, the marjoram, thyme, bay leaves, salt and sugar. Stir, and let the sauce season and thicken for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Pour in the vinegars, and cook for another 5 minutes. Finally, drain the chipotles, discard their cooking liquid and add to the mix. Let it all cook together for 5 more minutes and turn off the heat. Let them cool off and place in jars.
