CHILI LIME VINAIGRETTE
Steps:
- Place olive oil, lime juice, honey, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and cayenne into a mason jar, blender, or food processor.
- Seal and shake or blend until well combined.
- Taste and re-season if necessary.
- Use immediately.
- Store leftovers in a sealed airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Let come to room temperature before serving.

CHILI LIME VINAIGRETTE DRESSING
I got this recipe from a lady who always serves it with a grilled salmon and leafy greens salad, using feta crumbles, red onions, and carrots. If you don't want it as spicy, you can cut back on the red pepper flakes but we love it just the way it is.

Steps:
- Whisk lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes together in a bowl until creamy and smooth. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to 8 hours.

- To prepare dressing: Whisk yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Parmesan, parsley, chives, tamari (or soy sauce), garlic, and pepper in a small bowl.
- To prepare salad: Combine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes and chickpeas in a large bowl. Add eggs and avocado and gently toss to combine. Add ¾ cup of the dressing and toss to coat well. Add 1 or 2 more tablespoons dressing if desired. Reserve additional dressing for another use (cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days). Divide the salad among 4 bowls; sprinkle with blue cheese, if desired.

- First, preheat your grill (if you’re using an electric grill, heat to 400 degrees Fahrenheit). Toss the prepared bell pepper, corn and onion with enough olive oil to lightly coat all surfaces (I used about 1 teaspoon). Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
