A quick, delicious meal of sauteed apples and chicken. Add a salad or a vegetable and you've got dinner.

Steps:
- Heat peanut oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat. Add chicken, apples, and ginger; cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes. Add green onions and continue to saute until chicken is almost cooked through and apples start to soften, 5 to 6 minutes more.
- Stir in mushrooms, honey, salt, and pepper; continue to saute until chicken pieces are no longer pink in the centers and juices run clear, about 5 minutes more. Serve.

Steps:
- Place flour and salt and pepper in a ziplock bag, add chicken, seal bag and shake to coat.
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a large nonstick frypan over medium high heat.
- Add chicken, saute 2 minutes on each side.
- Remove from pan, keep warm.
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil in pan.
- Add onion, saute for 5 minutes or until browned.
- Add apple and marjoram, saute for 5 more minutes.
- Add the chicken and cider, bring to a boil.
- Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is done.

This is very close facsimile to Del Tacos chicken soft taco. As good as their tacos are these have a lot more flavor. Quick and simple to make.

Steps:
- Sauce:.
- For sauce combine ranch dressing, sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder and salt and whisk well. Refrigerate and store up to 3 weeks.
- Chicken:.
- Cut the chicken into 1 inch pieces.
- In a bowl, add lime juice, garlic, taco seasoning mix, 1 tablespoon of oil and brown sugar. Whisk well and add the cut up chicken. Cover and marinate for 4-6 hours.
- In a pan over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and keep warm.
- Heat tortillas in oven or microwave.
- To assemble, place chicken in the middle of warmed tortilla, top with lettuce and tomato, drizzle sauce, and sprinkle cheese.

- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle the chicken evenly with salt, nutmeg, and pepper. Add chicken to pan; sauté 7 minutes or until golden. Remove the chicken from pan; keep warm.
- Melt butter in pan over medium heat. Add onion; cook 4 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Add apple; cook 6 minutes or until golden, stirring frequently.
