1 package sloppy joe seasoning mix
1 cup onion, chopped
8 ounces tomato sauce
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chicken, onions, and bell peppers until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.
  • Add seasoning mix, tomato sauce, and worcestershire sauce; simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Serve on toasted buns.

2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
1 pound ground chicken or turkey
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
8 Kaiser rolls

Steps:

  • Heat water in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook onion and bell pepper in water 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in chicken. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients except rolls; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Fill rolls with chicken mixture.

5 tablespoons orange juice
¼ cup orange blossom honey
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
1 teaspoon cooking sherry
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
2 pounds shredded rotisserie chicken
1 (16 ounce) package whole wheat hamburger buns

Steps:

  • Combine barbecue sauce, orange juice, honey, orange zest, sherry, cayenne, and cloves in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until warm, 3 to 5 minutes. Add chicken; cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 15 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.

1 small green bell pepper
1 small onion
8 oz can tomato sauce
3/4 c ketchup
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce for chicken
1 Tbsp /red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
3 can(s) chunk style chicken 15oz, drained
6 sandwich buns
1 c mixed italian shredded cheese

Steps:

  • 1. In microwave safe 3 qt. casserole dish, combine 1 Tbsp salad oil, pepper and onion chopped fine.
  • 2. Cook on high 3 min. stirring once. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, sugar and Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and mustard until blended.
  • 3. Cook on high 2 minutes add chicken stir to combine, add cheese cook 2 minutes longer or until bubbly, serve on six sandwich buns.
  • 4. Be prepared with another batch to slip in Microwave as soon as your team wins! serve with green grapes just to look pretty!
