Steps:
- At least 4 hours before cooking: Roll each chicken breast (small end to large end), wrap with bacon slice and secure with toothpick or bamboo spear. Place rolled chicken breasts into a shallow glass container and add salad dressing to marinate. Cover and put in refrigerator for 2 hours, turning occasionally.
- Lightly oil grill and preheat to high.
- Remove chicken rolls from marinade and grill over hot coals until bacon browns; move to cooler spot on grill and cook another 25 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Baste with barbecue sauce, turning and basting for another 10 minutes or until ready to serve.

- Flatten chicken breasts to 1/4-in. thickness. Place a slice of cheese on each; roll up and secure with toothpicks. In a shallow bowl, beat egg, water and mustard. In another shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, thyme, salt and pepper. Place flour in a third shallow bowl. Lightly coat chicken with flour, then dip in egg mixture and roll in bread crumb mixture., In a large skillet, brown roll-ups in oil until golden brown, turning often. Transfer to an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until chicken juices run clear., Meanwhile, drain cherries, reserving juice. Add enough water to juice to measure 1 cup. In a large saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in cherry juice until smooth. add cherries. bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice, extract and food coloring if desired., Discard toothpicks. Serve with cherry sauce.

ITALIAN STUFFED CHICKEN ROLL-UPS
These Italian stuffed chicken roll ups are so easy to make and are incredibly delicious. Made with provolone cheese and slices of prosciutto these are sure to please the whole family!

- Preheat oven to 425F (220C). Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Pour milk into a separate bowl.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of provolone cheese on each chicken breast. Depending on the size of your ham and cheese slices, you may need to trim them or cut them in half so that they are not hanging too far out of the roll-up.
- Roll up chicken and secure with toothpicks.
- Dip chicken rolls in milk, then coat with a light coating of the crumb mixture.
- Place chicken seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly spray chicken with cooking spray (this will help it turn golden brown!).
- Bake, uncovered, for about 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove toothpicks and serve!

EASY CHICKEN ROLL UPS

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine soup, milk, broth, flour, garlic powder and salt & pepper to taste. Pour the soup mixture in the bottom of a 9x13" pan.
- Separate crescent roll triangles.
- Divide 1 ½ cups of the cheddar cheese and all of the chicken and broccoli over the crescent rolls.
- Roll each crescent roll and place in the prepared pan.
- Bake 25 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5-10 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Pound chicken breasts until thinned out. In a shallow dish or bowl mix together bread crumbs and cheese. Dip one side of each breast into melted butter or margarine, then into crumb/cheese mixture. Place a dollop of cheese spread at one end of each chicken breast, on the side of the breast not dipped in the mixture. Roll up each breast and secure with toothpicks.
- Place rollups in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish and drizzle any remaining butter or margarine over all. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until cooked through and juices run clear.

- Preheat oven to 425˚F. Cut chicken breast in half lengthwise so you have 8 thin chicken cutlets. Pound each cutlet in a quart sized ziploc bag or between 2 sheets of plastic wrap into 1/8" thick cutlets. Season both sides of chicken with garlic salt and black pepper.
