1 bag(s) riced cauliflower
8 chicken tenderloins
1 jar(s) pizza sauce
6 slice mozzarella cheese
5 slice pepperoni (sandwich size) cut up
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Steps:

  • 1. Spray casserole dish with non stick. Pour riced cauliflower into casserole dish. Sprinkle seasonings onto cauliflower.
  • 2. Lay chicken on cauliflower and pour pizza sauce on top of chicken.
  • 3. Place mozzarella slices on top of sauce and sprinkle with pepperoni.
  • 4. Cover and bake about 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover and place under broiler to brown cheese.

A dinner that came to me when trying to kill my pizza craving. My whole family loved it. My 3-year-old daughter actually ate two helpings. Use whatever style pasta you have.

1 cup water
1 (16 ounce) jar pizza sauce, divided
1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti
3 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 pound sliced turkey pepperoni
½ pound shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Stir water and half the pizza sauce together in the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking dish. Lie spaghetti atop the sauce mixture. Arrange chicken atop the noodles. Pour remaining sauce over the chicken breasts and spaghetti; top with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking until chicken is no longer pink in the center and cheese is bubbling, 5 to 10 minutes more. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
15 ounces pizza sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 (8 ounce) package pepperoni slices
spaghetti
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt

Steps:

  • Arrange the raw chicken chunks in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle about 1/2 cup cheese on top.
  • Spread pepperoni slices over the cheese.
  • Spread with pizza sauce.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 350ºF for about 35 minutes.
  • While this is baking, cook spaghetti
  • noodles for 4 people.
  • Rinse, add 1/3 stick margarine and garlic salt.
  • Remove chicken from oven, add remaining cheese and bake until cheese melts.
  • Serve chicken over noodles.

Oh here is a great low carb recipe for pizza lovers. You can add more of what you love on your pizza. If you like more mushrooms add more, or green pepper, you get the picture.

2 chicken breasts, cooked skin removed
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2-1 teaspoon oregano
4 ounces mushrooms
8 ounces low-fat pizza sauce
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped (optional)
1/4 cup green olives, chopped (optional)
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, to taste (or more)

Steps:

  • Place whole chicken breasts into a casserole dish. Sprinkle on the onion salt and the oregano. Add onions, mushrooms, green pepper, olives.
  • Pour Pizza sauce over chicken and veggies.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, remove from oven and top with cheese. Bake another 5 to 10 minutes or till the cheese is bubbly.
  • Serve with a green salad!
