8 pieces whole chicken breasts boned and halved (or I like to use thighs)
Steps:
In a mixing bowl blend together bread crumbs and spices
Mix together the melted butter, mustard and worcestershire
Dip the chicken into butter mixture and then roll in crumbs making sure to coat all sides
Place pieces in foil lined shallow baking pan, just large enough to hold the pieces comfortably in a single layer
Sprinkle the chicken with the remaining butter mixture
Bake uncovered for about one hour or until juices are running clear.
