Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degree F.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with non-stick cooking oil. Set aside.
- Remove drumsticks from packaging. Pat them dry with paper towels. Place into a bowl or resealable plastic bag. Add oil oil and toss to coat.
- In a small bowl combine seasonings. Add to bowl/bag and toss until chicken is coated.
- Place drumsticks on the baking sheet. Place in a preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees or higher.

- Set oven to 350*F or mark 4.
- Toss the chicken joints in the seasoned flour. Melt the butter in a frying pan and brown the chicken until golden all over.
- Place the joints in a large caserole dish and add the potatoes.
- Put the garlic, onions, bacon celery and mushrooms in the pan you browned the chicken in and cook for a few minutes. Add the remaining flour and stir well. Add the stock gradually, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add the herbs and paprika and check seasoning.
- Pour over the chicken and potatoes.
- Add the bayleaf, cover and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until the meat is tender.
- Remove the bayleaf and garnish with the parsley.
- Serve with carrots.

- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease a rimmed baking dish with olive oil. A 9 X 13-inch baking dish should work.
- Place the chicken legs in the prepared baking dish. Generously spray their tops with olive oil and sprinkle them with the seasonings.
- Bake, uncovered, until the skin is crisp and browned and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, 40-45 minutes. Check the chicken after the first 30 minutes. If the skin or the spices seem to be browning too much, loosely cover it with foil and continue baking.
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a jelly roll pan with aluminum foil and place a wire baking rack on top.
- Fill a large pot with water. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil. Add chicken legs; cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain.
