Steps:
- In a bowl, mix your ground chicken, cream cheese, green onions and seasonings until combined.
- Set up a rolling station with the wonton wrappers and a small dish of water.
- Place a wonton wrapper at an angle, so there is a corner pointing up.
- Place a heaping teaspoon of the filling (more if you want) in the center of the wrapper.
- Using your fingers, brush the entire edges of the wonton wrapper with a little bit of water. Fold the wrapper over the filling, making a triangle and then press the edges shut. If it doesn't seal good, brush the edges with a little more water.
- Take the two corners of the triangle (on the bottom of the triangle where the wrapper is folded over) and press them together. Use a little bit of water to make sure the corners stay stuck together, then fold them to one side, pressing them to the wonton. Repeat until all of the filling is gone.

Steps:
- 1. In a medium bowl mix together cream cheese, chicken, garlic, Simply Asia Kung Pao Stir-Fry Sauce and onion. 2. In a small bowl beat egg with whisk. 3. In a large heavy pot start heating your oil to 375F. Use a deep fry thermometer to get a correct reading on the oil's temperature. 3. Working on wax paper, lay down your wonton wrapper. Using a pastry brush, brush a little of the beaten egg onto the sides of the wrapper. Place 1 teaspoon of the mixture in the middle of the wrapper. Pinch the sides up until the mixture is completely sealed inside the wrapper. Lay on a wire rack until you are ready to fry. Do this until you have used up all your wrappers. 4. Drop 4 or 5 of the wontons into the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Steps:
- For the dipping sauce: Mix together the honey, soy sauce, Sriracha, vinegar and sesame oil in a small bowl and set aside.
- For the wontons: In the bowl of a mixer (or you can do it by hand), mix together the cream cheese, Sriracha and green onions until totally combined (scrape the mixer bowl if necessary). In a separate bowl, mix together the egg and 1/2 cup water.
- One at a time, assemble the wontons: Place approximately 1/2 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture on one corner of a wonton wrapper. Use your finger to "paint" the egg wash all around the edges of the wrapper. Roll the wrapper on a diagonal, starting with the cream cheese corner and stopping when half the wrapper is rolled and the cream cheese mixture is inside. Bring up the 2 ends and use the egg wash to stick them together. Allow the remaining pointed end to naturally tuck backward. (The wontons should resemble tortellini.) As you work, place the assembled wontons under plastic wrap or a light towel to keep them from drying out.
- Heat 2 to 3 inches of vegetable oil in a large saucepan or medium skillet until a deep-fry thermometer inserted in the oil registers just under 350 degrees F. (You don't want the oil too hot or it will burn the wontons! Experiment with a spare sheet of wonton wrappers to check.)
- In batches of 4 or 5 at a time, fry the wontons for 45 seconds to 1 minute, flipping carefully midway through to make sure they brown evenly. Remove them when you think they still could stand to slightly brown a teeny bit more (because they will slightly brown in the seconds after you remove them from the pan!). Drain the wontons on a paper towel. Repeat with the remaining batches.
- It's best to wait 5 to 10 minutes before serving the wontons, as the cream cheese filling can be quite hot. Serve with the dipping sauce.

CHICKEN WONTON CUPS
My family loves jalapeno poppers and jalapeno popper dip; but I made it rarely because of the high fat and calorie content. My wonton poppers allows us to enjoy one of our favorite appetizers without the guilt These little "poppers" are a great way to enjoy the taste of jalapeno poppers without all the fat and calories. -I used light mayonnaise and cream cheese to reduce fat. -Chicken for protein. & Wonton wrappers sprayed with a non stick cooking spray instead of deep frying.

BLUEBERRY CREAM CHEESE WONTONS

Steps:
- Cut 4 ounce block of cream cheese in half, then in half again to create 4 pieces. Further cut each piece in half again so you have 8 equal pieces total. Set aside.
- Working with 6 wonton wrappers at a time, separate them out onto a clean work surface. Divide one of the cream cheese pieces into 6 pieces and place a piece in the middle of each wonton wrapper. Place 1 teaspoon of blueberry pie filling over the top of the cream cheese. Do not overfill, as the mixture may ooze out.
- Use your finger to lightly wet the 4 edges of each wonton wrapper. Gently fold in half diagonally to make a triangle, then bring up the remaining two corners so all corners join together. Try not to leave excess air in the wonton, which can cause them to burst. Press seams together to ensure a tight seal. Set wontons aside, covered in a damp paper towel, while you finish making the remaining wontons.
- Preheat the air fryer to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C). Spray the inner basket with cooking spray and place as many wontons in basket as will fit, without overcrowding. Lightly mist wontons with cooking spray.
- Air-fry for 5 minutes. Remove to a cooling rack and dust with powdered sugar. Let cool while you cook the remaining wontons in batches. Best served slightly warm or at room temperature.
