CHICKEN CLUB PIZZA
A co-worker shared how to swap in crescent rolls for pizza crust. I used that idea to turn an awesome sandwich recipe into an even more fabulous pizza. After baking, top with shredded lettuce. -Sherri Cox, Lucasville, Ohio

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°. Unroll crescent dough and separate into eight triangles; arrange in a single layer on a greased 12-in. pizza pan. Press onto pan to form a crust and seal seams; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edge is lightly browned., In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, basil and lemon zest. Spread over crust; top with Monterey Jack cheese, chicken, bacon, tomatoes and Swiss cheese. Bake 8-12 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.

CHICKEN CLUB PIZZA | SLIMMING & WEIGHT WATCHERS FRIENDLY
Steps:
- Make up to packet instructions and allow 30 mins for the dough to prove. We make up the whole pack then weigh out 70g balls of dough - the ones we don't use we freeze.
- Roll as thin as you can onto a piece of baking parchment - you may need to spray your rolling pin with low calorie cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Throw all ingredients into a pan, bring up to the heat then turn down and simmer for 30 minutes stirring often.
- Once cooked, attack with a stick blender, or blitz in a food processor until smooth.
- Place into a sterilised jar until ready for use. Will last a week in the fridge, or you can freeze it. Perfect for batch booking.
- Chop up the bacon and chicken and place on an oven tray.
- When the dough is proving, place on an oven tray and cook in the oven for 20 minutes until cooked. Do not put raw meat on your pizza!!
- After you have rolled out your dough, place a small amount of tomato sauce and spread it around.
- Start with your chicken and bacon - as little or as much as you like.
- Next your peppers, onions and mushrooms.
- Next your cheese - make sure to distribute it evenly. On top of that, dot around some fresh tomato pieces.
- Place some onions on the top - not too many though, you don't want them to burn.
- Place in an oven pre-heated to 200°C for 12 minutes.

PIZZA CHICKEN - SLIMMING WORLD FRIENDLY
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 220c, fan 180c, 425f, gas mark 7
- In a bowl combine the passata, tomato paste, onion powder, garlic powder, basil and oregano and set aside.
- Season one side of the flattened chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- Spray a frying pan over a medium-high heat with cooking oil spray, one hot, add the flattened chicken breasts (2 at a time if needed - don't overcrowd pan if not big enough), seasoned side down.
- Season over the top with salt and black pepper, and spray the top with cooking oil spray.
- After 2-3 mins, flip the chicken over, should be nice and golden and repeat with the other side.
- Transfer to an ovenproof dish.
- Top with the pizza sauce, and grated mozzarella.
- Bake till cheese is melted and chicken cooked through (but still tender (approx 10-12 mins).
- If you want the cheese more golden, you can finish off under the grill for a couple of minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve with your choice of sides

- Place crust on an ungreased pizza pan. Combine cream cheese and shallot; spread over crust. Top with chicken, cheeses and bacon., Bake at 425° until edges are lightly browned and cheese is melted, 12-15 minutes ., Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the sour cream, milk and dressing mix. Sprinkle lettuce and tomato over pizza; drizzle with dressing.
