- Place 2 chicken slices on cutting board, overlapping edges slightly; top with 1 cheese piece, 1 breadstick and 1/2 tsp. honey. Roll up tightly. Repeat.

CREAM CHEESE CHICKEN
A nice variation to chicken. Great for special occasions.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Saute mushrooms until tender. Reduce heat to low, and stir in cream cheese until melted. Remove from heat.
- Pound chicken breasts thin with a meat mallet. Spread with mushroom mixture, and roll up. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and Dijon mustard. Press mustard mixture onto chicken. Roll chicken in chopped nuts. Place in a baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink, and juices run clear.

FANCY CHICKEN LOG
This is a recipe of my aunts. It is one she makes during the holidays and we ask for it every time we have a get together! It sounds a little unusual but its a must try and will quickly become a family favorite. Also good for baby showers and other parties.

- Beat together first 3 ingredients. Blend in next 2 ingredients and 2 Tbsp parsley.
- Refrigerate remaining parsley. Shape mixture into 9' log. Wrap in plastic wrap and

- Serve with RITZ crackers. Yields about 3 Cups spread.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. , Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, saute onions and peppers in butter until tender. Stir in flour until blended; gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in chicken, soups, sour cream, celery salt and pepper., Drain spaghetti; add to sauce mixture and toss to coat. Transfer to 2 greased 11x7-in. baking dishes. Sprinkle with cheeses. Cover and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5-10 minutes longer or until bubbly.
