Steps:
- Mix cream of chicken soup with water.
- Pour into 13x9x2 baking dish.
- Lay chicken breasts on top.
- Add a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast.
- Pour the dry stuffing mix over the top, covering it completely.
- Bake covered at 350F for 1-1/2 hours.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine stuffing mix and water in large bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Pound chicken to 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet.
- Add broccoli to the stuffing and mix lightly.
- Spread evenly on flattened chicken breasts to within 1/2 inch of the outer edges.
- Roll up each chicken breasts starting at the short end enclosing the stuffing mixture.
- Place the chicken, seam side down, in a 13x9 inch baking dish.
- Mix the soup and milk and pour over the chicken.
- Sprinkle with the cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through 170 degrees.

- Pre-heat oven to 375.
- Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
- Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Spoon a small amount of stuffing into underside of each chicken breasts and place into pan.
- Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika into a small bowl.
- Sprinkle onto each chicken breast.
- Spoon remaining stuffing into baking dish around chicken breasts.
- Cover dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven
- Pour gravy over chicken and stuffing.
- Re-cover with the foil and bake for 15-30 minutes until done.
CROCK POT CHICKEN BREASTS WITH STOVE TOP STUFFING

- Place chicken breasts in crock pot. Pour chicken broth over chicken breasts. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Put one slice of swiss cheese on each breast.
- In a separate bowl, combine both cans of soup and milk. Pour soup mixture evenly over chicken breasts. Sprinkle stuffing over entire top of dish. Drizzle melted butter on top of stuffing. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.

- Precook chicken with sliced onion, salt and pepper at 350°. If using boneless it is about 30 minute 5 minutes longer for bone-in chicken.
- Cool, remove from bone, discard skin. Cut into bite sized pieces, including the onion. Set aside.
- In a large bowl combine soup, mayonnaise, celery and drained water chestnuts. Add chicken and mix together.
- Spread in a greased 9x13 baking pan.
- Combine stuffing mix with melted butter/margarine. Spread over chicken mixture and bake 45 minutes at 350° until lightly brown and bubbly at the edges.
- (I use Bell's stuffing mix. I have used others and it has been fine, but Stove Top is not the type to use.I have used light mayo and reduced fat soup but it's not as tasty).

- Place a large skillet over medium-high heat with 2 tablespoons of the EVOO. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and sear in the hot skillet until golden brown and cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
- While the chicken is cooking, place a small skillet over medium-high heat with the remaining 2 tablespoons of EVOO. Cook the leeks in the pan until tender, 4 to 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add the chestnuts and about 1/2 cup of the stock to the pan, and bring up to a bubble.
- While the leeks are cooking, toast the bread and spread with about 2 tablespoons of the butter. Chop the toast into 1-inch cubes and transfer to a large bowl. Add the leeks, chestnuts, parsley, and thyme to the bread cubes and toss to combine, then cover with foil.
- Place a small pot over medium-high heat with the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Sprinkle the flour over the melted butter and cook for about a minute. Whisk in the remaining cup of chicken stock, the cream, and the balsamic vinegar, and bring up to a bubble. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until thickened, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the chicken breasts with the stuffing and balsamic cream gravy.
