Steps:
- In a small skillet, saute onion in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. In a large bowl, combine eggs and cream. Stir in the chicken, cheese, bacon and onion mixture. Pour into a greased 9-in. deep-dish pie plate., Bake at 375° for 35-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Spread crust into a 10 inch deep dish pie plate. Arrange chicken evenly over the crust. Cover with Gruyere cheese.
- In a small bowl, beat eggs with a fork; stir in milk, onion soup mix and Parmesan cheese. Pour mixture into pie crust and sprinkle with paprika to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then lower heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for 30 more minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes and serve.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 inch pie pan.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are soft. Stir in spinach and continue cooking until excess moisture has evaporated.
- In a large bowl, combine eggs, cheese, salt and pepper. Add spinach mixture and stir to blend. Scoop into prepared pie pan.
- Bake in preheated oven until eggs have set, about 30 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

- Whisk eggs, milk and butter together in a large jug.
- Sift the flour into a bowl. Make a well in the centre and gradually whisk in the milk mixture. Mix in half the cheese and all remaining ingredients.
- Spoon mixture into a deep greased pie 25cm pie plate.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in a moderate oven (180c) for 35-40 minutes or until firm.
