1 cup water
½ cup whole milk
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour, plus 3 tablespoons, divided
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more as needed
2 ½ cups chicken, cooked, shredded
2 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon pepper
2 cups alfredo sauce
1 egg, beaten
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Steps:

  • In a microwave-proof liquid measuring cup, combine the water and the milk. Microwave on high for 45 seconds.
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, garlic powder, Parmesan, and yeast. Mix thoroughly. Pour the milk mixture over the dry ingredients. Stir to combine. Knead the dough on a clean surface for 5 minutes until smooth, if the dough is sticking to the surface add olive oil 1 teaspoon at a time, then form into a tight ball.
  • Drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large bowl. Place the dough in the bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise for 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 450˚F (230˚C).
  • In a separate large bowl, combine the chicken, 2 cups (200 g) mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, pepper, and alfredo sauce. Mix thoroughly.
  • Place the risen dough onto a floured surface. Roll out the dough so it is twice as long as it is wide and about ¼ inch (½ cm) thick.
  • Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roll up all of the sides of the dough to create an oval shape. Pinch the dough and pull it while twisting, wrapping the dough into little spirals and placing it onto the rolled edge of the dough. Continue all the way around until you have several little spirals of dough.
  • Pour the chicken alfredo mixture over the dough and spread it until it reaches the edges of the dough. Brush the sides of the dough with egg wash. Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella on top of the chicken alfredo mixture.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
  • Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.

1 ½ cups butter, divided
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into cubes
2 (16 ounce) containers whole milk ricotta cheese
1 pint heavy cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add fettuccini and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  • Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute chicken until no longer pink and juices run clear.
  • In a large saucepan combine ricotta cheese, cream, salt, Parmesan cheese and remaining butter. Cook over medium heat until well combined, about 10 minutes. Stir in cooked fettuccini and chicken; cook until heated through.

4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
olive oil
garlic powder
parsley (fresh or dry)
pepper
salt
tony creole seasoning
1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup parmesan cheese or 3/4 cup any Italian cheese
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 (16 ounce) package cooked angel hair pasta (drained and not sticking together) or 1 (16 ounce) package pasta, of your choice (drained and not sticking together)

Steps:

  • Cook your pasta, while your chicken sautes, then add a little olive oil or butter to pasta to prevent sticking, lay on large platter or casserole dish; set aside.
  • Coat the bottom of a skillet w/olive oil,and heat on med-high heat.
  • Add chicken strips or chunks, lower heat to med.
  • Sprinkle seasonings over meat to your liking.
  • Saute meat until chicken is no longer pink.
  • Pour chicken and pan drippings over pasta.
  • In a heavy sauce pan, begin to heat cream cheese and butter on medium heat; slowly add milk.
  • Stir until all clumps are out, add cheese, continue to stir, then add pepper.
  • Once all is melted and hot, pour over pasta and chicken.

1 loaf French bread
1 1/2 cups alfredo sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon italian seasoning

2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
1 cup tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup green onion, thinly sliced
1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
chopped parsley, garnish (optional)

Steps:

  • INSTRUCTIONS.
  • 1) Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • 2) Cut the top of the French bread, off, and remove the bread inside to hollow it out. Place on a large baking sheet.
  • 3) Spread 2/3 of your Alfredo sauce evenly inside the loaf. Cover with a layer of mozzarella cheese. Mix together Italian seasoning, salt and garlic powder and sprinkle over cheese.
  • 4) Continue layering: chicken, bacon, tomatoes, remaining Alfredo sauce, green onions and top with Parmesan cheese.
  • 5) Bake for about 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
  • 6) Remove from oven, top with chopped parsley if desired, cut into slices and enjoy! Make sure to serve warm!

1 chicken breast (7 oz or 200 g), skin-on
1 zucchini (120 g), spiralized
¾ cup (180 ml) coconut cream (from the top of 2 refrigerated cans of unsweetened coconut milk)
1 Tablespoon (8 g) arrowroot powder or cassava flour
1 Tablespoon (15 ml) coconut oil
1 cup (240 ml) chicken broth
1 Tablespoon (8 g) nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon (2 g) garlic powder
4 Tablespoons (4 g) chopped fresh parsley (plus additional, to garnish)
Olive oil, for cooking
Salt, to taste

Steps:

  • Heat a drizzle of oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Place the chicken breast in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until the skin is golden and the chicken is cooked through with an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C). Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • Melt the coconut oil in the same pan over medium heat. Add the arrowroot or cassava flour to the pan and whisk to create a paste.
  • Slowly add the chicken broth, a little at a time, while continuously whisking to combine. Once all the chicken broth has been incorporated, add the coconut cream and whisk until fully combined.
  • Add the garlic powder, nutritional yeast, and fresh parsley to the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and continue to cook for about 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Season with salt, to taste.
  • Pour the sauce into a blender or food processor and blend for 30 seconds. (This step is optional, but it helps to create a light and creamy sauce.)
  • Add the zucchini "noodles" to the pan and saute for about 2 minutes. Return the sauce to the pan and heat through.
  • Slice the chicken breast and place it on top of the "noodles" and Alfredo sauce. Garnish with optional chopped fresh parsley and serve.

1 loaf soft French bread
2 tablepsoons garlic butter ((or use regular butter))
⅔ cup pizza sauce, any kind
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese ((freshly grated is best!))
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ cup pepperoni ((mild or spicy, regular or minis))

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place one oven rack in the top third of the oven (this helps to prevent the bottom from burning)
  • Slice French bread in half lengthwise and flatten slightly (this helps to prevent curling edges) and spread the cut side with garlic butter.
  • Toast bread for 4-5 minutes (or broil 2-3 minutes) or until just slightly dried and crusty on top -- it doesn't have to be browned. Remove from the oven and reduce oven temperature to 400 degrees F.
  • Spread each half with an equal amount of sauce (use a little more or less depending on how big your loaf is). You just want a thin layer so it does not become soggy.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, and add pepperoni (or add your favorite toppings).
  • Bake for 10 (in the top third of the oven), or just until cheese is melted and beginning to brown (or to your desired doneness)
  • Slice and serve.
