4 cups Vanilla Chex® cereal
3 cups popped popcorn
1 cup fish-shaped pretzel crackers
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
½ cup candy-coated milk chocolate pretzels

Steps:

  • Spray very large microwavable bowl with cooking spray. Mix cereal, popcorn and pretzel crackers in bowl.
  • In medium microwavable bowl, microwave marshmallow creme and butter uncovered on High about 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds, until creme and butter are melted and can be stirred smooth.
  • Stir, pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Microwave uncovered on High 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every minute, until mixture is glazed. Cool 5 minutes; stir in candies. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Break into chunks. Store covered.

4 1/2 cups Chex cereal
4 cups popped popcorn
1/2 cup cashews
1/4 cup margarine
6 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 250 degrees F.
  • Line roasting pan with foil.
  • Mix first 3 ingredients in a large roasting pan.
  • Heat remaining ingredients in 2 quart pan over med heat,stir frequently,until all is incorparated and sugar is dissolved.
  • Pour over chex mixture until evenly coated.
  • Bake uncovered 45 minutes.
  • Stir every 15 minutes or so.
  • Spread on wax paper and cool.
  • Stir to break up.

Steps:

  • In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals; sprinkle with salt. In small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 20 seconds or until melted. Pour melted butter over cereals; toss to coat.
  • Microwave uncovered on High 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every minute, until mixture begins to brown. Spread mixture on waxed paper. Cool 10 minutes.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients. Store in airtight container.

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Remove and discard unpopped kernels from popped popcorn. In large microwavable bowl, mix cereal, popcorn and peanuts; set aside.
  • In medium microwavable bowl, microwave butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and vanilla uncovered on High about 2 minutes or until mixture is boiling, stirring after 1 minute. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
