CHEVY'S ULTIMATE ORANGE MARGARITA

Steps:

• Put a handful of ice into a shaker.
• Add all ingredients and shake. Pour the drink into a 12-ounce margarita glass (salt the rim first, if you want).
• Garnish with a lime wedge on a toothpick, add a straw, and serve.

THE PERFECT MARGARITA

Steps:

• Moisten the rim of a glass with a lime wedge. Sprinkle salt onto a plate. Lightly dip the moistened rim into the salt. Place a large ice cube in the glass and freeze the prepared glass until ready to serve.
• Fill a cocktail shaker with fresh ice. Add tequila, triple sec, and lime juice. Cover and shake vigorously until outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with a slice of lime.

CHEVY'S HOUSE ROCKS MARGARITA

Steps:

• Put a handful of ice into a shaker.
• Add all ingredients and shake. Pour the drink into a 12-ounce margarita glass (salt the rim first, if you want).
• Garnish with a lime wedge on a toothpick, add a straw, and serve.

CHEVY'S LAVA LAMP MARGARITA

Steps:

• Put a handful of ice into a shaker.
• Add tequila, triple sec and sweet and sour mix to the shaker, shake, then pour the drink into a 12-ounce margarita glass (add salt around the rim of the glass first if you want to).
• Drizzle Chambord into the glass, add a lime wedge on a toothpick, add a straw, and serve.

CHEVY'S SALSA - ORIGINAL RECIPE

Steps:

• Grill on open flame tomatoes, onion and jalapeno pepper.
• Remove when slightly chared and tomatoes soften and split.
• Remove from grill and let cool.
• Drain accumulated liquid.
• Remove stems from jalapenos and end core ends of tomatoes.
• Place tomatoes, onions, jalapeno pepper, and all remaining ingredients into blender.
• Blend until desired consistancy (approx 10 seconds).
• Pour into container and chill.
• Serve and enjoy with your favorite chips.

CHEVY'S WATERMELON FRESH FRUIT MARGARITA (ON THE ROCKS)

Steps:

• Puree watermelon using instructions above.
• Put a handful of ice into shaker.
• Add all ingredients and shake. Pour the drink over ice in a 10-ounce margarita glass.
• Garnish with a lime wedge on a toothpick and serve.

OLIVE GARDEN ITALIAN MARGARITA

Steps:

• Moisten the rim of a margarita glass and dip it in green sugar crystals. Or skip this step if you prefer.
• Fill the glass with ice. Add tequila, triple sec, and sweet and sour mix.
• Serve with a shot of amaretto on the side, and garnish with a lime wedge and orange wedge on the rim.
• ( I don't know if you are supposed to add the amaretto to the drink once it is served, but whenever I go to Olive Garden I mix the shot of amaretto with the margarita and I think it tastes great).
