- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a food processor, combine bread, Parmesan cheese, parsley leaves, olive oil, and garlic; season with coarse salt and ground pepper. Pulse until bread is very coarsely chopped, 4 to 6 times.
- In an 8-inch square baking dish, arrange cherry tomatoes in a single layer; sprinkle with crumb mixture. Bake until crust is browned and tomatoes are tender, 20 to 25 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Combine tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well mixed; spread on a shallow-sided baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until tomatoes are soft and wrinkled, 25 to 30 minutes.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook angel hair pasta in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until tender yet firm to the bite, 4 to 5 minutes. Drain; reserving a small amount of cooking water.
- Spoon tomatoes with their juices into a small saucepan; add basil and red pepper flakes. Mix in reserved cooking water to thin tomato mixture to desired consistency. Cook and stir over low heat until warmed, about 5 minutes; stir in pasta. Top with Parmesan cheese before serving.

- In a small bowl or cup measure, mix together oil, apple cider vinegar, herbs, salt, and sugar.
- Pour dressing over cherry tomatoes in a serving dish, and gently stir to coat. Chill for at least 2 hours. Gently stir from bottom to top, coating all tomatoes, before serving.

ROASTED CHERRY TOMATOES

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Toss the tomatoes lightly with olive oil on a sheet pan. Spread them out into one layer and sprinkle generously with kosher salt and pepper. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft.
- Transfer the tomatoes to a serving platter and sprinkle with basil leaves and sea salt. Serve hot or at room temperature.
CHERRY TOMATOES PERSILLADE
A bistro staple, this dish can also be made with full-sized tomatoes or with Roma tomatoes. You can vary this by adding basil and or mint or other herbs.

Steps:
- Heat the oven to 325 degrees.
- Halve the tomatoes and squeeze out the seeds, and place them cut-side up in a 9-by-9-inch glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle the salt and olive oil over them and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until they're a little caramelized around the edges and slightly shriveled.
- Mince the parsley and the garlic together on a cutting board until very fine to make the persillade; set aside.
- When the tomatoes are done, take them out of the oven, sprinkle the persillade over them and return them to the oven for a few minutes, which will cook the garlic a little without compromising the freshness of the parsley.
- Serve immediately or later at room temperature.

- Place peppers, onion, and garlic clove in a saucepan, cover with water and turn heat to medium-high. Once the water starts boiling, turn down the heat to precook the peppers. The tomatoes are so small that they require less cooking time. When you see that the peppers are almost cooked (about 8 to 10 minutes), add the tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes.
