1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup margarine, softened
¼ cup sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 (12.5 ounce) can cherry pie filling (or other filling of your choice)

Steps:

  • Mix together graham cracker crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a bowl until well incorporated and crumbly. Press into a pie plate, going up the sides as much as possible.
  • Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth and spreadable. Whisk whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until smooth. Pour cream cheese into prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula, and refrigerate until firm, about 2 to 3 hours. Spread the cherry pie filling over the top, and refrigerate until serving.

These No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Bars are quick and easy cheesecake with a deliciously creamy texture and a crunchy graham cracker crust. They take only 15 minutes to make, then the cheesecake bars are placed in the fridge to set. The perfect dessert for summer!

1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/3 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 cup whipping cream*
16 oz brick-style cream cheese* (room temperature)
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 jar cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • Line an 8x8 (or 9x9) inch square pan with aluminium foil leaving an overhang on each side. Spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl stir together the graham crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar & melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until peaks form.
  • In a separate bowl beat the cream cheese until soft. Then beat in th powdered sugar, vanilla extract & lemon juice until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream using a rubber spatula until the mixture is even and no longer streaky.
  • Spoon over top of the prepared crust and smooth the top. Chill in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight.
  • To serve, lift the aluminum foil out of the pan and place the bars on a cutting board. Slice into bars.
  • Top each bar with cherry pie filling.

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 graham cracker crust
1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • Beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until fluffy. Alternatively, use a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment.
  • Beat in the sweetened condensed milk , lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt until a thick, batter-like mixture forms.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust .
  • Chill the pie in the refrigerator until the filling is set, at least 4 hours. (Note: You can also freeze the pie up to this point to speed up the process. Freeze least 2 hours.)
  • Once it's chilled, spread the cherry pie filling over the top of the pie.
  • Slice and serve immediately.

¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
1 pinch salt
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • Combine cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl until all ingredients are mixed together well. Divide graham cracker mixture between 8 dessert dishes, about 2 tablespoons of mixture per dessert dish.
  • Beat cream cheese in a separate bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and beat in until well blended. Beat in lemon juice and vanilla extract. Spoon 1/4 cup of cream cheese mixture into each dish on top of the graham crackers. Top each with 1/4 cup of the cherry pie filling.

1 1/2 cup(s) graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoon(s) powdered sugar
1/3 cup(s) butter, melted
FILLING
8 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
1 cup(s) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
2 cup(s) mini marshmallows
1 cup(s) whipping cream, whipped
21 ounce(s) can cherry pie filling
1/4 teaspoon(s) almond extract

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients for crust. Press into ungreased 13x9" pan. Refrigerate.
  • In large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 c powdered sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fold in marshmallows and whipped cream. Spread mixture over the crust.
  • In small bowl, comine pie filling & almond extract. Carefully spread over cream cheese layer.
  • Refrigerate for several hours or until firm.

2 cups whipped dream whipped topping (1 envelope)

1 (28 ounce) can cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • Prepare a 9 x 9" baking pan.
  • In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and 1 tbsp sugar; spread on bottom of prepared baking pan to form a crust.
  • Mix the Dream Whip topping according to directions on the package, then beat in the softened cream cheese into the Dream Whip a little at a time.
  • Add the remaining sugar and vanilla until well blended.
  • Smooth on top of the crust.
  • Top with the cherry pie filling.
  • Chill at least 3 hours (overnight is even better) if storing in the fridge overnight, cover with plastic wrap.
