Cherry refrigerated cheesecake. Delicious and simple. Very quick, simple to make with no special ingredients!

Steps:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, and butter together in a bowl; press into a 9x9-inch pan.
- Whisk cream cheese, whipped topping, and 1 cup confectioners' sugar together in a bowl until smooth; spread over graham cracker crust. Pour cherry pie filling over cream cheese mixture layer. Refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour.

CHERRY DELIGHT
This is my mom's recipe. It is a family requested recipe that she usually makes for Christmas. She's even added green food coloring to the cool whip to give it the festive look.

Steps:
- Melt butter, pour into a 9 x 13 dish add graham cracker crumbs.
- Press in bottom of 9 x 13 forming a crust.
- Bake 350 degrees for 8 10 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Pour on top of cooled cracker crust smooth out.
- Pour cans of cherries on top of the cream cheese mixture then top the cherries with cool whip.
ANGEL FOOD DELIGHT
I found this in a magazine, I believe it was "Quick & Easy" while waiting for an appointment. Unfortunately, I do not remember what they called it so I have just called it Angel Food Delight. It sounded too easy to be true but it was wonderful. The original recipe said to chill for an hour but I found it took longer for the flavors to merge. I liked the adaptability of using different toppings. The recipe called for 2 cans of Pie Filling but I found 1 to be sufficient. However, use your own judgement. While the flavor is rich, it is not a heavy dessert and everyone has loved it.

Steps:
- Blend powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Cut Angel Food cake into 1 inch cubes.
- Fold whipping cream and cake cubes into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pat the entire mix into a 9x12 pan, cover and refrigerate for several hours.
- Cut into portions and spoon pie filling on top of each portion.
- Serve.

- Have the pecan crust baked, cooled, and ready to go.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the Dream Whip according to package directions, whisking the 2 small packets with the whole milk and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese well with a mixer.
- Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar to the Dream Whip whipped cream, whisking the mixture 'til it's smooth and creamy.
- Spread the Dream Whip filling on top of the cooled crust in a 9×13 pan.

- 1. Slice cake in thin slices using a very sharp bread knife. Lay half of slices side by side in a 9x13 pan. Fill in the spaces with scrapes of the cake.
- 2. Beat the whipping cream in a medium size bowl on medium for a minute or so to add depth to the cream, but not peaks. Mix in pudding and beat another minute. Fold in condensed milk and almond extract. This will make a nice cream that will set up after put on the cake. Spread one can of cherry pie filling on top of the cake and then half the cream mixture. Repeat with the remainder of the cake, other can of cherry pie filling and finish with cream.
- 3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. The longer you can hold off cutting it the better it will be. Enjoy!
