CHEEZ-IT DEVILED EGGS



Cheez-It Deviled Eggs image

Number Of Ingredients 7

6 eggs hard boiled, chilled
1/2 cup Sunshine® Cheez-It® cracker, finely crushed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Slice eggs in half, lengthwise, and remove yolks. Press yolks through a fine sieve into a bowl. Add 1/4 cup of crumbs, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, salt and pepper. Blend well. 2. Refill centers of egg whites with the yolk and Cheez-It mixture. Press two filled halves together. Dip one end of stuffed eggs in remaining mayonnaise, then into remaining Cheez-It crumbs.
