- Preheat oven to 400° and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. Season chicken tenders generously with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour. Next, dip tenders in egg, and then in Cheetos crumbs.
- Place chicken on baking sheet and bake 25 minutes. Serve hot, with ranch dressing for dipping.

- Place the "Cheesies" in your food processor and process into small crumbs. Add the Parmesan Cheese and pour onto a plate.
- Coat chicken breasts in flour & salt.
- Combine egg & water. Beat until well combined. Dip floured Chicken in egg mixture.
- Coat the chicken in the Cheesie crumbs.
- Place on a lightly greased baking sheet (I use cooking spray).
- Bake for 35-45 minutes at 350° until chicken is cooked through (cooking time will depend on thickness of meat).
HOT CHEETOS FRIED CHICKEN

- Mix buttermilk, pickle brine, smashed head of garlic and 3 tablespoons kosher salt in a large bowl. Add chicken and stir to coat. Cover and let chicken brine in the fridge for at least 2-4 hours to overnight.
- Remove chicken from fridge, and as it comes to room temperature prepare your coating.
- Place Hot Cheetos into a food processor and pulse until there are no large bits left. Mix together the flour, Hot Cheeto dust, 3 tablespoons kosher salt, paprika, cayenne and garlic powder.
- Heat your oil in a heavy-bottomed (preferably cast-iron) pan with high sides. Place a thermometer on the side of your pan so you can keep the oil temperature around 350°F.
- When your oil is heated, take the chicken piece by piece from the brine and dredge it in the flour mixture. Fry each piece until golden brown, usually between 6-12 minutes per side, depending on the size of the chicken pieces, taking care not to crowd the pan while frying. Let cool on a wire rack.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
- Add the cheese puffs to a food processor and grind to fine crumbs.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, paprika, 1/4 cup of the cheese puff crumbs, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper with your hands until combined. Press the chicken mixture into the baking dish, creating an even layer. Bake until the chicken is cooked, 7 to 10 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly, then turn out onto a cutting board and cut into 4-by-1/2-inch sticks.
- Meanwhile, fill a heavy skillet or a Dutch oven halfway with oil. Heat over medium-high heat until a deep-frying thermometer registers 350 degrees F.
- Put the flour, eggs and remaining cheese puff crumbs in separate shallow dishes. Season the flour with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Dip each chicken stick first in the flour, then in the egg, then in the crumbs.
- Add the sticks to the hot oil a few at a time, making sure not to overcrowd. Fry, turning frequently, until crispy, about 1 minute. Remove to a paper-towel lined plate. Serve warm with ranch dressing.
CHEETOS CHICKEN
Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 350.
- Cut your chicken breast up into strips.
- Take your Cheetos and crush them into crumbs.
- Dip your chicken strips into the beaten egg.
- Then roll in Cheeto crumbs and lay on a baking sheet.
- Place Cheetos Chicken Fingers in the oven and cook for 30 minutes or until chicken temperature reaches 165 degrees.
