1 pound Italian sausage
3 cups halved zucchini slices
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 (8 ounce) can pizza sauce
½ pound VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
½ cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, brown sausage in large deep skillet on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally to break up sausage. Drain; return sausage to skillet. Stir in zucchini, peppers and pizza sauce; cook 5 to 6 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain pasta. Add to sausage mixture with VELVEETA; mix lightly. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with Parmesan.
  • Bake 15 to 20 min. or until heated through.

Layers of crispy hash brown patties, crumbled breakfast sausage, cubes of cheese and egg make this a hearty breakfast casserole everyone will love.

12 large eggs
1 lb Velveeta Cheese (cut into 1 inch cubes)
1 package package Hash Brown Patties
1 lb. roll of breakfast sausage
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Salsa
salt & pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Bake hash brown patties as instructed on the package. Flip them over mid way through and if they are not extra crispy bake an additional 10 minutes.
  • While the hash brown patties are cooking fry the sausage until cooked through and crumble. Drain on a paper towel.
  • Grease the baking dish and line the bottom with the cooked hash brown patties in a single layer.
  • In a large bowl mix the eggs, sour cream, salsa and salt and pepper. Mix well so the sour cream is combined well and not floating in lumps with the eggs.
  • Add the crumbled sausage and the cubes of Velveeta Cheese to the mixing bowl.
  • Mix well so the sausage and cheese is evenly distributed.
  • Pour the mixture over the hash brown patties in the 9 x 13 baking dish. Spread the sausage and cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes until the eggs are set in the middle and the cheese is bubbling.

3 c potatoes, peeled, boiled and cubed
1 lb skinless smoked sausage
4 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsp flour
2 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp paprika
1/2 lb velveeta cheese cubed
1/2 c shreded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Cut skinless smoked sausage in half, lengthwise, and then chop into 1/2" pieces. Cook in a frying pan for about 15 minutes, turning frequently to slightly brown.
  • 2. Preheat oven to 350°F
  • 3. Place potatoes in 2 quart casserole. Add cooked meat and give it a gentle toss.
  • 4. Mix all remaining ingredients (except for shredded cheese & the paprika) in a saucepan over medium heat until warm, melted and smooth. (stir constantly.) Pour cheese sauce over potatoes and meat.
  • 5. Sprinkle shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top, and then sprinkle paprika evenly over the top. Bake for 35-45 minutes (watch, until golden brown on top).

Sausage and potatoes casserole that's so creamy and cheesy it will have them coming back for seconds! Oh so easy and oh so delicious!

1 lb bulk mild breakfast sausage
16 oz shredded frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
3 tbs butter
3 tbsp flour
1/2 cup chicken stock/broth
2 cups milk
4 oz Velveeta (cubed (see note))
Salt and pepper (see note)
2 tbs Panko bread crumbs (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 1-1.5 quart baking dish. A 9-inch square would probably be good too.
  • Brown sausage and onion in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain sausage well. Set aside in a large bowl. Add the shredded potatoes to this bowl as well
  • In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium. Whisk in the flour until you have a smooth paste. Cook until this bubbles and cook for about 1 minute.
  • Gradually add the milk and chicken stock, whisking constantly so no lumps form. Cook until sauce begins to thicken and starts to bubble around the edge of the pan.
  • Add the Velveeta and reduce heat to low. Stir constantly until the Velveeta is melted.
  • Pour the sauce over the sausage/potato combination in the bowl-the amount of sauce you use it up to you. I used it all because I wanted it creamy. The consistency will be the same cooked as before, so let your eye-and your taste-be your guide. Mix well and turn into prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle top with Panko crumbs if using.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-60 minutes.
  • Recipe may be doubled to serve 4.

1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 VELVEETA Fresh Packs (4 oz.), cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Cook sausage in large skillet until done, stirring frequently to break patties into small pieces. Add peppers and 3 Tbsp. chives; mix well. Cook 5 min., stirring frequently.
  • Whisk eggs and sour cream in large bowl until blended. Add VELVEETA and sausage mixture; mix well.
  • Pour egg mixture into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until top is puffed and golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining chives. Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve.

1 lb honey garlic sausage
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 onion, finely diced
3 cups pasta
4 stalks celery, sliced
8 ounces Velveeta reduced fat cheese product
1 cup pasta sauce
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (I use the kind mixed with herbs)

Steps:

  • Cut sausage into small bite sized pieces. Fry with onion and garlic until completely cooked.
  • Meanwhile, cook pasta with a pinch of salt until fully cooked.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F In a greased 8 inch square pan, cover the bottom with the sausage mixture.
  • Top with sliced celery. Cut 4oz of Velveeta into small chunks and scatter over celery.
  • Top with 1/2 of cooked pasta. Cut remaining Velveeta and layer that and remaining pasta on top.
  • Spoon pasta sauce over noodles, making sure it covers all of the top (otherwise the pasta will dry out). Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake for 20 minutes.
