SIMPLE HOT TURKEY SANDWICHES
"I was first served this hearty hot sandwich at a friend's home," recalls Charla Sackmann from Glidden, Iowa. "I couldn't wait to get the recipe and make it myself. The cheesy sauce is a delicious disguise for leftover turkey or chicken."

HOT AND CHEESY TURKEY BACON SLIDERS
Time 30m
Yield 16 sliders
Number Of Ingredients 8
Steps:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Grab a (16 ounce) package of King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (there should be 16 rolls).
- 3. Without separating the rolls, take a sharp serrated knife and cut them in half. Cutting them this way really speeds up the assembly process.
- 4. Mix 1/2 C mayonnaise and 2 Tb Sweet Hot Mustard (or Honey Mustard if you want to leave the "hot" out). Spread the mayo mixture along the inside of both the top and bottom halves of the rolls.
- 5. Layer 8 slices of cheese over the sauce and sprinkle 1/2 C of crumbled bacon over the top.
- 6. Layer 1 (12 ounce) turkey evenly over the bacon.
- 7. Carefully place the top half of the rolls back over the bottom half.
- 8. Spray a deep 9x9 inch pan with cooking spray and carefully place the sliders into it.
- 9. Melt 1 Tb of butter and mix with 1/8 tsp dried parsley. Brush it evenly over the rolls.
- 10. Cover tightly with tin foil and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the rolls are nice and toasty.
- 11. Use a serrated knife to cut the rolls apart. Brush more butter over the tops if you so choose. Serve warm from the oven!
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Arrange the bottom halves of 16 slider buns on the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish. If some of them are stuck together, I find that they come out of the pan more easily when you're ready to serve if you pull them apart ahead of time.
- Next, arrange the layers of the sliders. First the cranberry, next the turkey, then the bacon, and finally the havarti cheese.
- Place the bun tops onto each slider. Melt the butter in the microwave on 50% power for 1 minute, adding 15 second increments as needed until completely melted. Stir the poppy seeds into the melted butter and then evenly spread the poppy seed butter over all of the slider bun tops until the mixture is used up.
- Bake in a 350º F oven for 20 to 25 minutes. The sliders are done when the cheese is melted and the centers of the sandwiches are hot. Serve immediately.

- Rinse turkey breast in cold water and pat dry with paper towels then coat all sides with 2 tablespoons of Lawry's seasoning, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder and 2 or 3 teaspoons black pepper.
- Place the broth into the multi-cooker along with the seasoned breast. Pressure cook on high steam setting, 45 minutes.
- Remove the breast from the cooker and allow to cool slightly. Remove the skin and shred the turkey using 2 forks to break up the meat, making sure to remove all the bones, (there are a few that are pretty small and easy to miss).
- Place the shredded turkey back into the cooker with the broth and set on slow cook, high temperature for 3 hours. At this time, also add another tablespoon of Lawry's seasoning and about a teaspoon more garlic powder and stir to combine.
