TATER DOGS

Steps:

• Cut hot dogs into thirds.
• mix first five ingredients together untill well combined.
• Form a 1/8 to 1/4 inch layer of dough around each hot dog.
• Deep fry on medium heat until golden brown, watch carefully as these burn easily.

CHEESY TATER DOGS

Steps:

• preheat oven to 325.
• peel and quarter potatoes, boil untill potatoes are soft. drain, add butter,milk.
• use electric mixer to mix . add salt and pepper to taste.
• place wieniers on a cookie sheet and slice down the middle, but don't cut all the way thru,just enough so it will lay open.
• spoon in potatoes, sprinkle cheese on top.place in oven, bake until cheese is melted. serve.

PRAIRIE DOG DAVE'S CHEESY TATER SOUP

Steps:

• Place potatoes, onions, celery, and salt in the 4 c of water in a large pot.
• Simmer about 15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
• Put in blender, adding pepper and puree until chunky.
• Return soup to pot and add half-and-half,butter, and cheese.
• Simmer until well heated through.
