1-1/2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1 green onion, sliced
12 flour tortillas (6 inch)
3/4 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

Steps:

  • Combine cheese and onions. Spoon about 2 Tbsp. cheese mixture onto center of each tortilla; fold in half to completely enclose filling.
  • Cook, 1 or 2 at a time, in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or until crisp and lightly browned on both sides.
  • Cut into wedges. Serve with salsa.

6 flour tortillas (6 inch)
12 KRAFT Singles
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
3/4 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

Steps:

  • Place 1 tortilla on microwaveable plate. Place 2 Singles on half the tortilla; top with 1/6 of the peppers. Fold tortilla in half; cover with paper towel.
  • Microwave on HIGH 25 to 40 sec. or until Singles begins to melt. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Let stand, covered, 1 min. then fold in half again.
  • Serve topped with salsa.

1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 red peppers, cut into thin strips
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
4 flour tortillas (10 inch)
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 325°F.
  • Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Add peppers and mushrooms; cook 8 to 10 min or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in chicken.
  • Place 2 tortillas on foil-covered baking sheet. Sprinkle tortillas with half the cheese. Top with chicken mixture and remaining cheese; cover with remaining tortillas.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown. Cut each quesadilla in half to serve.
