CHEESY OLIVE APPETIZERS
These became popular in the '60's and are still good today. Bet you can't eat just one! Prep time includes 20 minutes of flash freezing.

Steps:
- Mix together all the ingredients except the olives.
- It will be a thick mixture.
- Drain at least 48 stuffed green olives.
- Wrap approximately 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture around each olive, to completely cover it.
- Flash freeze covered olives at least 20 minutes.
- Store in a freezer bag until ready to serve.
- Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 400F for about 15 minutes.
BAKED CHEESE OLIVES
Rich cheese dough surrounds a savory olive. A great pick-up appetizer or snack. You can freeze the unbaked, dough-wrapped-olives and then bake them right out of the freezer, extending the baking time by a few minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a small mixing bowl, combine cheese and butter or margarine. Stir flour and cayenne pepper into the cheese and butter mixture. Blend well. Wrap a tablespoon of dough around each green olive. Arrange the wrapped olives on a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

CHEESY OLIVE SNACKS
A super quick appetizer or sandwich for olive lovers. This takes about 10 minutes to throw together and 7 minutes to bake. The recipe is from TOH, my friends and family love it. Sometimes I like to toast English Muffins and serve this as a sandwich. You can substitute the olives to green and it is still delicious.

- In a medium bowl combine all ingredients (except crackers/bagels).
- Mix well.
- Spread on crackers and place on ungreased baking sheet. If using bagels or English Muffins, toast them first to crisp them.
- Bake at 375 for 7 minutes or broil 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.
