SPINACH CHEESE PINWHEELS
Crescent roll dough hurries along these pretty pinwheels from Diane Robbins of McCleary, Washington. You can prepare a plate of them in about half an hour, then serve them as appetizers or to round out a meal.

Steps:
- Separate crescent dough into four rectangles; seal perforations. Spread cheese over each rectangle to within 1/4 in. of edges; top with ham and spinach. , Roll up each jelly-roll style, starting with a short side; pinch seams to seal. Cut each into six slices., Place the slices cut side down on a greased baking sheets. Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.

- Preheat oven to 425ºF.
- Grease cookie sheet.
- Mix Bisquick, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and water until dough forms - Turn dough onto surface dusted with Bisquick; gently roll in Bisquick to coat and knead 10 times.
- Roll the dough into 18x10-inch rectange and brush with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with cheeses.
- Tightly roll up dough, pinching the edges to seal.
- Cut roll into eighteen 1-inch slices and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until golden.
- Heat pizza sauce until hot and serve along with pinwheels for dipping.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dust a flat work surface lightly with flour. Unroll puff pastry and roll out to a rectangle. Spread a thin layer of herbed cream cheese over the puff pastry. Cover with Swiss cheese slices, leaving a 1-inch border. Roll puff pastry up tightly like a jelly roll.

- Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Mix the cheeses together. Mix through the pickle and English mustard powder. Unravel the pastry on a lightly floured surface, spread the cheese mixture over and tightly roll into a sausage shape from the longest side. Trim off the ends.
