HAMBURGER TATER TOT CASSEROLE

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and drain it.
- Pour the soup, mushrooms (optional), and beef broth into the skillet with the ground beef. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
- Line the bottom of the casserole dish with half of the tater tots.
- Pour the ground beef and soup mixture over the tater tots.
- Top with the remaining tater tots. Sprinkle the cheese over everything.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes, until the cheese melts and starts to turn a golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving.

CHEESY TATER TOT CASSEROLE
This easy one-dish dinner has tater tots, cream of mushroom soup, and ground beef and lots of cheese for a memorable and comforting meal.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat cook onions until translucent. About 5 minutes. Then add garlic to skillet and cook another minute.
- Add ground beef to onion/garlic mix and season with salt and pepper. Continue cooking until meat is browned.
- Place meat mix, soups, veggies, and 1/2 of the cheese into a large mixing bowl to combine. Spread mix evenly into the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish followed by a layer of tater tots.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, then top with remaining cheese for the remaining 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

I hate tater tot casserole but my husband loves it so I had to come up with one that I liked too. This is it! It's nice and creamy with lots of cheesy goodness!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown ground beef, add onion to saute, drain, set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheese, as well as any of your favorite seasoning, mix well.
- Add package of tots, beef, and onions to soup mix. Mix all together and make sure the tots are well coated.
- Place tot mixture in a 13x9 pan, smooth it out. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, top with remaining 2 cups of cheese and return to oven. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.

- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large casserole dish, combine the cream of chicken and milk. Add seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder), Worcestershire sauce, and frozen mixed vegetables. *Preferably the mixed vegetables have been thawed or rinsed with warm water. If still completely frozen, you may need to cook longer.
- Add drained, browned ground beef and stir all of the casserole filling ingredients together. Top with a generous layer of tater tots then sprinkle cheese and parsley over the tater tots.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35-40 minutes, or until the filling mixture is bubbling around the casserole dish edges and the tater tots are completely cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
