Cheesy Pinwheels are a perfect appetizer. You will be so happy with how these come together so quickly. You could put some ham or chicken in them.

1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoons ground pepper
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
2 (8 ounce) tubes of crescent rolls
dried parsley for garnish

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, combine sour cream or yogurt, (I used yogurt), mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Stir together.
  • Then add the cheeses.
  • Roll out the crescents.
  • Pinch the seams together.
  • Place half of the cheese mixture onto the crescents and roll them up starting on the short end.
  • Then cut the roll into eight pieces. (I use dental floss. Wrap it around the roll, then criss cross the floss and it will cut it very nicely).
  • Place the rolls into a deep pie plate that has been buttered or sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 18-22 minutes.
  • Garnish with dried parsley.
  • Serve immediately.

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 tablespoon beaten egg
3/4 teaspoon water
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup marinated quartered artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 tablespoon finely chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
3 Greek olives, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Greek seasoning

Steps:

  • Unfold puff pastry. Whisk egg and water; brush over pastry. Combine the remaining ingredients; spread over pastry to within 1/2 in. of edges. Roll up jelly-roll style. Cut into twenty 1/2-in. slices., Place 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Bake at 425° until puffed and golden brown, 9-11 minutes. Serve warm.

1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
1 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
3 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. lemon zest
6 flour tortillas (10 inch)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients except tortillas until blended; spread onto tortillas. Roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  • Heat oven to 375°F. Unwrap roll-ups; trim and discard ends. Cut each roll-up into 8 slices; place, cut sides up, in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheets.
  • Bake 10 min.

It is a really yummy appetizer that is addictive and makes a super presentation with the dark colored olives and colorful red tomatoes. The spinach gives it great crunch. Number Of Ingredients 7

1 (8 ounce) container garlic-and-herb whipped cream cheese
1 (4 ounce) container crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup finely chopped cucumber
6 flour tortillas for burritos, 8 inch (from 11.5-oz package)
1/3 cup pitted kalamata olive, coarsely chopped
3 small tomatoes, chopped (plum or Roma, about 1 1/2 cups)
3 cups fresh baby spinach leaves

Steps:

  • 1. In small bowl, beat cream cheese and feta cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Stir in cucumber.
  • 2. Place tortillas on microwavable plate or microwavable paper towel; microwave uncovered on High 10 to 15 seconds to soften. Spread about 1/4 cup cheese mixture over each tortilla. Top evenly with olives and tomatoes. Arrange 1/2 cup spinach on each tortilla to within 1/2 inch of edge. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to blend flavors.
  • 3. Trim ends of rolled tortillas if desired. Cut each roll into eight 1-inch slices. Arrange with cut sides down on serving dish.
