1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 can (15 oz.) chili without beans
1 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 green onion, chopped

Steps:

  • Spread cream cheese onto bottom of microwaveable pie plate; top with chili and cheddar.
  • Microwave on HIGH 45 sec. to 1 min. or until dip is heated through and cheddar is melted
  • Sprinkle with onions.

2 (15 ounce) cans chili without beans
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 small plum tomato, chopped
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup black olives, chopped
sour cream, for garnish

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Combine chili, cream cheese and chili powder with hand mixer.
  • Add monterey jack and garlic, and stir until blended.
  • Spread in baking dish and cook 20-25 minutes.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Top with tomato, green onion, olives and dollops of sour cream.
  • Serve immediately with tortilla or corn chips.

I got this recipe from Campbells. I never can make enough! Its great for people who don't like a lot of kick in their dips, but it can be adjusted for the flaming-mouth lovers. Can be made the night before if needed.

2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mexican blends work best)
1 (15 ounce) can chili (i normally use hormel turkey chili with beans)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

Steps:

  • spread cream cheese at the bottom of a pie plate (I spoon out the package and throw in the microwave to make spreading easier).
  • cover the cream cheese with a thin layer of shredded cheese-about 1/2 to 1 cup.
  • pour the chili over the shredded cheese layer.
  • top with remaining shredded cheese.
  • microwave the layered dip until the cheese on top is fully melted-about 2 minutes.
  • serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
  • note-this recipe can be doubled and thrown together in a crock pot for larger amounts of people.

garlic powder to taste

  • Preheat the broiler.
  • In a shallow, medium baking dish, spread the chili and mix in cream cheese. Microwave on high 1 minute, or until cheese is melted and creamy.
  • Stir in 1/2 the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder and pepper. Microwave on high 1 minute, or until melted.

½ pound finely chopped pork
16 ounces processed cheese food, cubed
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
1 cup condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (15 ounce) can chili
1 (14.5 ounce) package tortilla chips

Steps:

  • Place pork in a medium skillet. Cook over medium heat until evenly brown. Drain and set aside.
  • In a crockpot or slow cooker over medium heat, combine the processed cheese food, diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, cream of mushroom soup, chili and cooked pork. Heat until all the cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
