Steps:
- Slice the french bread in half horizontally.
- Drain and flake the 2 cans of tuna.
- Add mixing well: the remaining ingredients except the olives.
- Spread mixture on bread slices.
- Garnish with the olives.
- Place on cold broiler grid.
- Broil 5 inches from flame for about 5 minutes.
- Makes 8 servings.

- 1. 1. Boil milk, cocoa, and sugar for app. 5 minutes. 2. Remove from heat and add butter. 3.Stir until butter is melted. 4. Add peanut butter, vanilla, and oatmeal. 5. Mix and pour into greased casserole dish.
- 2. 6. Let set until firm. 7. Cut into squares.

Steps:
- Dice unpeeled red potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes.
- Place in large saucepan; cover with water and bring to a boil.
- Let boil for 10 minutes or until 3/4 cooked.
- In a separate pan, combine melted margarine and flour, mixing until smooth.
- Place over low heat and gradually add half-and-half, stirring constantly.
- Continue to stir until smooth and liquid begins to thicken.
- Add melted Velveeta.
- Stir well.
- Drain potatoes and add to cream mixture.
- Stir in pepper, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Place soup into individual serving bowls and top with crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, chives and parsley.
