- Break cauliflower into florets or leave whole; place in Dutch oven or large saucepan. Add 1 in. of water. Cover and steam until tender, 7-10 minutes for florets or 15-20 minutes for the whole head. Meanwhile, heat soup and salt; serve over cauliflower. Sprinkle with paprika.

Steps:
- Cut cauliflower into florets and cook in boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Drain and mash the cauliflower while it is still warm.
- Stir in the cheese, eggs, green onions, bread crumbs, cayenne & salt. Adjust seasoning to taste. (Start with the lower amount of cheese, breadcrumbs, cayenne, and salt. Add more as needed for taste and binding the pancake mixture together.)
- Coat the bottom of a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Form the cauliflower mixture into patties about 3 inches across.
- Cook until golden brown & set, about 3 minutes per side. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- Serve pancakes on a plate and top with sour cream and more green onion, if desired.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl with 1/2 cup water. Microwave until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Drain and transfer to the prepared baking dish.
- Whisk egg and flour together in a bowl. Add milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over cauliflower florets. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and paprika on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and cauliflower is soft, 30 to 40 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring water to a boil. Add cauliflower; cover, and steam until tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and let cool 10 minutes.
- Combine mozzarella cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, 1/2 the bacon bits, and chives in a large bowl. Add cauliflower; mix well. Pour mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle remaining bacon bits and Cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.

- Heat the oven to 180C/160 fan/gas 4 and line a baking tray with foil. Brush with a little oil. Put the cauliflower in a steamer over boiling water and cook for around 8 mins or until tender. Allow to cool.
- Put the bread into a food processor and blitz to crumbs. Add the cauliflower, egg, grated cheese, chives and a little black pepper and pulse until you have a chunky consistency.
- Form into 8 patties. Arrange them on the baking tray and cook for 20 mins until golden and starting to crisp around the edges.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and season with 2 tablespoons salt. Add cauliflower and cook until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Drain well and place between several layers of paper towels to dry. Transfer cauliflower to a large mixing bowl and set aside.
- Combine, cottage cheese, sour cream, butter, green onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. - Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). In a large bowl, combine flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder, and pinch of salt. Cut in 1/4 cup margarine and shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in water until mixture forms a ball. Shape dough into a log, and cut into 10 equal sections. Roll each section into a six inch circle (approximately 1/8 inch thick). Set aside.
- Melt margarine in a skillet over medium heat. Saute onion until soft and translucent. Stir in ground beef. Season with 1 teaspoon curry powder, thyme, 1 teaspoon salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is evenly brown, stirring constantly. Stir in beef broth and bread crumbs. Simmer until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat.
- Spoon equal amounts of filling into each pastry circle. Fold over and press edges together, making a half circle. Use a fork to press edges, and brush the top of each patty with beaten egg.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
