Steps:
- Toss pasta, ham, 1 cup cheese, broccoli, and green pepper together in a large mixing bowl; combine miracle whip and milk; stir into pasta mixture until everything is coated.
- Pour pasta mixture into a lightly greased 9x13" baking pan; top with croutons and remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Note: Using 8 ounces rotini pasta (2 cups) made the casserole somewhat dry, so I decreased that amount to 6 ounces or 1 1/2 cups dry pasta.

This is a great, easy to make, and nutritious casserole. You can add some macaroni pasta or try seasoning the potatoes before you bake. Put this dish in the freezer and bake whenever you're too lazy to cook! Can also be made with leftover cooked chicken.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Cover bottom of dish with layer of French fries. Add a layer of broccoli, then sprinkle ham evenly over broccoli. In a small bowl mix together soup, milk and mayonnaise. Pour mixture evenly over ingredients in baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 40 minutes.

- Cut up any large broccoli or cauliflower florets into bite-size pieces.
- Set aside.
- Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soups, cream, milk, salt, pepper, dried onion and mayonnaise Evenly spread tater tots on the bottom of prepared dish. Next layer with broccoli and then ham. Spread evenly.
- 2. Pour and spread soup mixture evenly over the top. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
- 3. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes. Sprinkle evenly with cheese and bake until cheese is melted and browning and casserole is bubbling.
- 4. Remove from oven, let set for 5 minutes to set up. Serve alone or perhaps with some good chewy french bread.

- While tater tots are cooking in the oven, saute onions in butter in 8 quart pot over high heat. As soon as the first onions start to turn golden, add the diced ham.
