GRILLED CHEESEBURGER WRAP
Steps:
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium high heat. Add the ground beef and onions. Cook until beef is fully cooked, about 8 minutes.
- Stir in the ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
- Lay out the low carb wraps (you could use flour tortillas as well) and add ¼ cup cheddar cheese in the center. Place ¼ of the ground beef mixture on top and then the pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce. (I don't like my lettuce cooked so I add it on top after.)
- Fold like a burrito and then grill/panini to seal everything together.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in soups. Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. , Arrange french fries on top. Bake, uncovered, until the fries are golden brown, 50-55 minutes.

Steps:
- In a large skillet, brown hamburger until no longer pink.
- Add ketchup, mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper.
- Cook for about 2 minutes, until all combined.
- Take a tortilla and line the middle with a small amount of cheddar cheese.
- Add some cooked hamburger beef and then top with your favorite hamburger toppings. (We listed some of our favorites)
- Roll the tortilla up and tuck in the ends (like a burrito).
- You can either eat as is or throw on a grill (or even an indoor grill- like a George Foreman grill) for 2-4 minutes (just until you see grill marks).

PAN-FRIED ONION CHEESEBURGER
I make these burgers with caramelized onions and sharp Cheddar cheese. I serve them on brioche buns and eat them plain. Hubby likes to add lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and more fresh onions! With or without all of the topping, they are delicious.

Steps:
- Place ground beef in a bowl and season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly and shape into 3 balls. Set aside.
- Melt butter in a large skillet. Add onion and cook until onions start to brown, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from the skillet. Add 3 ground beef balls to the same skillet and flatten with a cast iron press or a heavy spatula. Evenly top each patty with onions and cook for 3 to 4 minutes more.
- Carefully flip patties over so that the onions are now on the bottom, pressing once again with cast iron press or heavy spatula. Top each with a slice of cheese and cook until cheese is melted and burgers have reached the desired doneness, 3 to 4 minutes. Serve on brioche buns.

- Cook fries in the oven according to the package.
- In a medium high skillet, brown the beef in 1 tablespoon oil.
- Add the onions and garlic, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook until tender. Add cheddar cheese.
- To make the wrap:.
- Place 1/4 beef mixture in a flat tortilla, add tomato, lettuce, pickles, baked fries, and ketchup and mustard.
- Wrap tightly and enjoy.
