Transfer to a separate bowl and toss with 1/4 cup grated parmesan and 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley.

14 oz pizza dough, 1 can
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
  • Stretch pizza dough out into a rectangle.
  • Cut into 8 equal-sized strips.
  • Stretch strips lengthwise, and widthwise.
  • Place mozzarella down the middle of each strip.
  • Fold and pinch the dough around the cheese along the entire strip, ensuring to close off the ends.
  • Form a pretzel shape by taking the ends of the strip, making a "U" shape, twisting the ends around each other twice and connecting the ends to the bottom of the "U" shape.
  • Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley and pour onto pretzels.
  • Sprinkle parmesan evenly on top of the pretzels.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Enjoy!

3 cups pretzel twists
5 tbsp butter - melted
½ tsp granulated garlic
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment. Set aside.
  • Combine the pretzel twists with the melted butter and granulated garlic in a large bowl and toss to combine.
  • Spread the coated pretzels in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Try to not overlap as best as possible. Bake for about 5 minutes or until toasted but not dried out.
  • Transfer the baked pretzels to a clean bowl along with the parmesan cheese and parsley. Toss gently to coat before serving.

French bread dough 1 tube
Mozzarella 1 cup
Parmesan cheese ½ cup
Baking soda ¼ cup
Water 3 cup
Butter 4 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Parsley 1 tbsp

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 °F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Divide the tube of dough into 6 pieces. Stretch each one and roll into a long rectangle.
  • Mix most of the Parmesan with 1 cup of mozzarella. Sprinkle the cheese mixture into the center of each rectangle. Roll tightly into rope shapes. Make sure no cheese is visible.
  • Twist and shape the dough ropes into pretzel shapes and transfer to the prepared pan.
  • Place ¼ cup of baking soda into a shallow bowl with 3 cups of warm water. Whisk the mixture until the baking soda dissolves. Use a pastry brush to coat each pretzel with the baking soda solution. Set aside for about 10 minutes until the pretzels have dried.
  • Brush each pretzel with melted butter and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, the remaining Parmesan, and 1 tablespoon of parsley.
  • Bake the pretzels in the oven for 18-20 minutes until they are golden
  • Serve warm.

Cheesy Garlic Stuffed Chicken is soon to be your new favorite weeknight dinner! Chicken breasts are stuffed with both parmesan and mozzarella cheeses and fresh garlic, along with plenty of other flavorful additions. It's SO easy to make and will satisfy everyone at the dinner table!

4 chicken breasts
4 cloves garlic (sliced)
½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated parmesan cheese (divided)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning (divided)
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 eggs (beaten)
2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Oil

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the garlic, mozzarella, ¼ cup parmesan, butter, and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning until well mixed.
  • Cut about a 3-inch wide pocket into the thick side of each chicken breast (almost to the other side, but do not cut all the way through).
  • Stuff ¼ of the cheese filling into each chicken breast and secure it with toothpicks. Set aside.
  • Get out 3 shallow bowls for the breading station. In one bowl, mix the flour with a pinch of salt and pepper. Put the eggs in the second bowl. Mix the breadcrumbs, ¼ cup parmesan, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper together in the third.
  • Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add enough oil to cover the bottom of the skillet.
  • Dip each side of the chicken in the flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumb mixture. Place the chicken in the hot skillet and repeat until each chicken breast is breaded and cooking.
  • Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is 165°F at the thickest point.
  • Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes, and serve.
